Both reps were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They recommended a different carpet cleaner for dog accidents, as the one I was currently using leaves a residue and therefore attracted more dirt! They were on time, explained the process and the cost, did a great job!

Needed them to come back to redo a few areas, no problems, only apology for the need to return. They back their work. Carpet always looks great considering its age and wear.
