Second time using the central Oregon Stanley Steemer team (their shop is located in Redmond). They did a full duct cleaning as well as cleaned carpets and a few area rugs. Nick does an excellent job. Would definitely have them do the work again in the future.

Kevin was professional, did test spots before he did his recommendations, did travertine abd carpet cleaning in one round, finished in about 3.5 hours and quality is outstanding.

Clay was my Stanley Steemer representative. He arrived solo and proceeded to determine what I wanted and then went to work. He worked efficiently and professionally and left everything looking and smelling wonderful!! I will have this service done again next year and I certainly hope to see Clay again.
We have used Stanley Steemer countless times over a period of 10 years. (Three of those on an annual service contract, so they came out regularly 3X/year.) They hire solid, hardworking employees and we have never been disappointed in their service.

They were really really careful with the service and cleanup, even taking care around my plants outside when they were putting away equipment and did a wonderful job.
