Second time using the central Oregon Stanley Steemer team (their shop is located in Redmond). They did a full duct cleaning as well as cleaned carpets and a few area rugs. Nick does an excellent job. Would definitely have them do the work again in the future.
I have used Stanley Steamer twice now and have been very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. They are fast, efficient and easy to communicate with….I would not hesitate to call them again.

I originally gave a great review, but the guy came out 3 times and still didn't resolve the issue. I then hired Zerorez, who found that Stanley Steemer had left a lot of foam and product behind. They showed me exactly how much foam their machine was sucking up. DO NOT USE STANLEY STEEMER! I called to complain but…

Clay was my Stanley Steemer representative. He arrived solo and proceeded to determine what I wanted and then went to work. He worked efficiently and professionally and left everything looking and smelling wonderful!! I will have this service done again next year and I certainly hope to see Clay again.
We have used Stanley Steemer countless times over a period of 10 years. (Three of those on an annual service contract, so they came out regularly 3X/year.) They hire solid, hardworking employees and we have never been disappointed in their service.
They were great

Kevin was fantastic. Very efficient, thorough and professional. Will definitely be calling him again for our carpets and upholstery. 5 stars all around.
The guys were great fast and knowledgeable and personable
The guys called to let us know they would be here a little earlier than I thought and did arrive on time. They came we discussed what we wanted done, had a price for the whole job before they started. They were efficient and had the job done fast. They cleaned up any water drops and left us with clean carpets and no mess. Great service.
The two men who performed the cleaning were very professional, efficient and friendly. They did an excellent job. It can quickly get very expensive if you buy the rug protection guard, their cleaning products, their entry mats, and add on to your service. There wasn’t pressure to buy, but they make it sound so good.…
They did a good job, I found a couple spots that were hard to see, but they are coming out to take care of it. I would use them again in 6 months.
After a year of having a puppy we definitely needed to have our carpets professionally cleaned--and I can't believe the difference! I thought we would need to buy all new carpets, but now we know that we can just have them cleaned every year. thank you!
On time and very professional. Pleasant to deal with and explained everything to us. Quick work and good quality. Would definitely use again
Two talented workers arrived on time, ask good questions, complimented our home decor and rug choices and left us with a great impression and will definately call them again.
Very good!
