Awesome job Clay and Justin in Bend! Carpet was in desperate need of a really deep cleaning due to waiting so long, spending a lot of time outdoors and I have two dogs. They showed up on time, explained what was going on, what to expect and by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Clay & Justin.
This was the best cleaning we’ve had so far. We REALLY appreciate our team today.

Good Morning. I had my carpets steam cleaned by Stanley Steamer out of Eugene, OR. Zach and Joe were the technicians that came to clean them. I had a number of stains on the carpet that I wasn't sure if they would clean up. Zach and Joe worked together as a team and prepped the stains, moved the furniture, and…
The guys showed up on time and were very professional. They did a great job! Didn't try to pressure me into anything. I did by a outdoor mat from them because we'd been looking and he had one that matched the house and was what I'd been looking for. I'll be using them again.

Overall I was happy with the job that was done. Joe and Tim called to let us know they were on their way and were on time. Both very friendly. However, the next day we found fist sized spots in the master bedroom and guest room that were not there when they got here. Don't know what it was. I used plain water…
They did a great job!
I only had to wait a few minutes past my window start time and my technicians were in and out with the job done well.
Tim did an excellent job. I will definitely have him again.
Asked the Stanley Steemer cleaners to retouch an area that had bleach stains so I might have a colorant company come out and replace the carpet color. (The carpet needed to have bleach thoroughly flush out.). They refused my request, saying they had a busy schedule, though they hadn’t yet stored their hoses and…

Kevin was great. He was friendly. He did 5 rooms and a hall way all within an hour and a half. My house looks and smells wonderful!
Just ok. Charged me by the room but didn’t move any furniture… so they really only cleaned 1/4 of the rooms and were done with a 4 bedroom house in around 30min. They also didn’t put down corner protectors for their hoses, and marred a lot of baseboards and walls. Not really worth the value compared to other cleaners who go the distance.
Very nice guy, on time. Love having clean carpet.

Kevin was amazing, I’m very thankful for his work. Professional service.
Very professional
Stanley Steamer did an excellent job removing stains from our carpet.
My original review was far too wordy, (as is a sometimes annoying habit of mine). So, I leave this shorter, simplified review in hopes that the reader will truly take it to heart, and trust that this is a real account of my experience. *OUTSTANDING* - everything from the timeliness of the response (returned call…
