I'm very pleased with both the customer service and with the results. The guys took a filthy, stinky carpet exposed to 20+ years of puppies, kittens, kids, grandkids, country mud and dust and made it look and smell like new. Thank you so much. Great job!!
Justin and Clayton were so kind, professional and wonderful to work with. They were quick and efficient - a great experience!
Kevin was very professional. His experience showed! Thank you.
Very professional team. I highly recommend!
Awesome job Clay and Justin in Bend! Carpet was in desperate need of a really deep cleaning due to waiting so long, spending a lot of time outdoors and I have two dogs. They showed up on time, explained what was going on, what to expect and by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Clay & Justin.
Kevin called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time. Very good job. Professional and friendly. Service much appreciated. Will definitely use again. Thank you Kevin. 😊

Tim and Tim were a pleasure to have. The cleaned all my carpets, stairs and couch in record time. Everything smells so incredible and it all feels so fresh and clean! Perfect way to start my spring. I’ve used lots of other carpet companies in Eugene but I can truly say Stanley steamer is the best. Tim and Tim were…
Fantastic crew. Always prompt, respectful of pets & our time. Have used them for 20+ years & will continue to.
Great job, pleasant staff and reasonable. What more could we ask for? I have had Shane clean my carpets several times. I always ask for him as he is so willing and capable to assist me with things I can no longer lift. Benjamin was new and super pleasant as well. They did a great job and the carpets look super.
Both men worked hard. Carpets look great!
Very professional and super nice guys. Did a great job removing 'kid' stains! We always have a great experience with Stanley Steemer.
They did such a great job! Were very personable and professional with tons of shared knowledge which was appreciated. GREAT WORK!
Kevin was professional, did test spots before he did his recommendations, did travertine abd carpet cleaning in one round, finished in about 3.5 hours and quality is outstanding.
Guys arrived early! Always call before arrival! Work quickly and did a great and complete job!!
Kevin was great. He was friendly. He did 5 rooms and a hall way all within an hour and a half. My house looks and smells wonderful!
Shane and Benjamin wete very professional and explained clearly what was included in the service they were providing, ensuring alignment and managing expectations. Did a great job!
Great, speedy, efficient, professional service. This is the 5th time we’ve had them and they are always kind and get the job done.
I originally gave a great review, but the guy came out 3 times and still didn't resolve the issue. I then hired Zerorez, who found that Stanley Steemer had left a lot of foam and product behind. They showed me exactly how much foam their machine was sucking up. DO NOT USE STANLEY STEEMER! I called to complain but…
Kevin was on time. He was able to identify spots that needed more attention. He was extremely polite and professional. He was very clear about what he needed to do, and gave a good timeframe for the job at hand. He did an excellent job. The carpet in every room he worked on looked almost brand new! Great guy to work…

Zach was very professional and pleasant. He did an excellent job on our stairs and family room and two bedrooms. He was even able to remove a large stain that a previous company couldn't remove!

Shane and Zack arrived on time and called ahead to give me an approximate arrival time. They worked quickly and throughly - my carpeting and rugs look and smell great. I appreciate the quality service and I won't hesitate to call them the next time my carpets need to be cleaned. Great work!
Kevin is quick, professional, & mellow. The carpet was very dirty & now it looks clean again. The cost was reasonable & the service was great! I will definitely ask for him again.🤓 ChemDry had been out the week before, & that crew told me my carpet wasn't worth cleaning & should be replaced. I'm so glad I called Stanley Steemer!

They showed up at the beginning of the appointment time on the DOT and they were in and out and very personable ❤️ if I had it in my budget I'd have them back.
Tim and Jake were on time, efficient, positive, extremely nice and just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them highly and best of all, the 25 year old industrial carpet that was badly stained and disgusting is now literally almost new in appearance! I was in awe! Fantastic experience and I couldn’t be happier!!!
Great company. The guys were very friendly and professional. Excellent job.

Kevin saved the day! Our poor sick pup made a mess and Kevin was quick to show up, clean up and allow us to get back to our day with fresh, clean flooring! Their tile cleaning is excellent too btw! Appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail✔️

Prompt-same day as called. Courteous and professional
Tim & Shane are the Best! I’ve tried SO many companies in Eugene/Springfield & I’ve FINALLY found a company I will use from now on. Actually, only if I’m able to have Tim & Shane do the job. Tim stepped up to help me move furniture when it wasn’t necessary. They’re both very friendly, professional, helpful, & hard…
