They came we discussed what we wanted done, had a price for the whole job before they started. They were efficient and had the job done fast. We were not that impressed with the level of carpet cleaning compared to previous services we have used over the years. Seems Stanley’s steam method cleans the surface OK, but it is not a deep cleaning. In some areas darker spots came back as the carpet dried. Will try another carpet cleaning service next time.
