I'm very pleased with both the customer service and with the results. The guys took a filthy, stinky carpet exposed to 20+ years of puppies, kittens, kids, grandkids, country mud and dust and made it look and smell like new. Thank you so much. Great job!!
Tim is amazing. Super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Justin and Clayton were so kind, professional and wonderful to work with. They were quick and efficient - a great experience!
Nick and Alexander were wonderful. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and didn't up charge me for services!
Awesome job Clay and Justin in Bend! Carpet was in desperate need of a really deep cleaning due to waiting so long, spending a lot of time outdoors and I have two dogs. They showed up on time, explained what was going on, what to expect and by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Clay & Justin.
This was the best cleaning we’ve had so far. We REALLY appreciate our team today.
I hired Stanley Steemer to get rid of stains and smells(dog urine). They did an excellent job and the carpets look almost brand new.
Kevin did an amazing job. He was professional and informative as well as friendly and detail oriented. We had two back to back appointments and Kevin knocked both of them out of the park and his dedication to our experience being top notch was incredible.
The carpet smells so much better. I still see some urine stains and the carpet is still damp.
Great service! Tech arrived in the arranged time and was a great communicator: courteous, politely explained what he'd been directed to do per our earlier phone call with scheduling. They were amazing! Between cats, dogs & 3 teenagers, they worked magic!
I originally gave a great review, but the guy came out 3 times and still didn't resolve the issue. I then hired Zerorez, who found that Stanley Steemer had left a lot of foam and product behind. They showed me exactly how much foam their machine was sucking up. DO NOT USE STANLEY STEEMER! I called to complain but…
