Luis did an excellent job on the carpet of my new home. He showed up in the first 20 minutes of the 4-hour window, cleaned over 2,000 square feet of carpet under 90 minutes, and gave me good feedback on how to care for some of the furniture compressions in the rug. Would definitely recommend to others. Also had…
The guy did a good job. He was really nice and explained what he was doing.
I had called back after a rug cleaning and requested that they return due to the urine odor. I then had a deodorizer sprayed seems to be taking care of the smell. I can still smell urine although less at this point and was told to give it 2 days. As far as the staff Lois was very polite and professional.

Ethan and Luis were very polite, patient, respectful and informative. Service was very efficient and affordable. I overslept a bit, but they waited and did an amazing job! Definitely using the company again.
Carpet looks great. Crew was on time, courteous and efficient. Price for work done is getting quite expensive. Everything else is too but for the time spent vs cost to me it was about $300 per hour from start to finish. That's exhorbanant and will force me to look elsewhere for alternatives in the future.

They did a great job!!! Very pleased with the work.
Amazing as usual and even squeezed us in before a family event. So wonderful to work with.
We have used Stanley Steamer for well over 10+ years. The carpet cleaning appears to be adequate, however the carpet is more wet than it has ever been in the past. Hopefully it will not damage the flooring underneath. We also had an ottoman cleaned still waiting to see if it was successful.
Gavin did a great job--very personable the carpet looks fantastic!!
Didn’t take long and very Efficient and Professional very Satisfied with service
The carpet looks great. The workers were on time, very polite. And went rite to work. They put all the furniture back where belonged. I’m very satisfied with the job.
The young men were very well mannered & polite. The only thing we are a little disappointed in was the odor wasn't fixed in the bedroom. We are having our son in law taking care of it now so all is well. Thanks
