I was impressed with all the services offered by SS. We discussed with the technician adding some these services, chair cleaning and area rug cleaning. He performed all without hesitation. Very pleased with the work performed. Keshawn is a great representative for Stanley Steamer.
Service was on time snd thorough, to our complete satisfaction. The serviceman, Ian, was very pleasant, very efficient and went beyond what we had planned or expected. Our flooded rug look like new.
Ian was on time, thorough, respectful and courteous. He also listened and provided clear information for better decision-making. He explained each task and each consent I was to sign. You would not know he is working around. Very good experience today.
