This is the second time that I have used Stanley Steemer and I’ve not been disappointed. The appointment scheduling was easy and the communication was consistent and timely. I appreciate getting the advance notice of their arrival. Once there, they were quick and efficient.
I would never recommend Stanley Steemer. The worker was unprofessional and disrespectful. The company had to return a second time because the first cleaning job was poorly done. When I shared my concerns, the manager raised his voice and was disrespectful to me. I felt I was treated unfairly and looked down on as a…
Vincent and Brendan did a wonderful job the carpet came out beautiful. I was very pleased with them. They’re very polite young men.
Brian was 4.30 hour after the scheduled appointment. That slot is too wide if the carpet cleaning take less than two hours. Schedule appointment in two hours slots rather than six hours. The communication skill with customer could have been better as business survive because of them not the other way around!
Easy scheduling, texted before arrival, reviewed the work to be done, completed the work in a timely manner, left nothing behind … what I expected. 😁
Justin was GREAT. He is professional, kind and did stellar job
Great team, fast, efficient, and honest. They did the best they could with carpet that is 5 years old & with two very active dogs. I’m overall pleased with the whole experience & professionalism.
