Update (3/20/26): I had my HVAC tune-up performed this past week. The technician showed me pictures of the ducts that were cleaned about 6-7 months ago. It looks like the ducts had never been cleaned. I’m very disappointed to see pictures of dirty air ducts after so little time has lapsed. Original Post 6 months…
Michael and Alex showed up on time, were professional, and explained everything they were doing for our dryer vent. There wasn’t as much lint as they were expecting so they pulled out our dryer to check it, going way above and beyond. I will definitely call Stanley Steamer the next time we need anything.

The guys arrived on time this morning & worked straight through until done (about 5 hours). They were professional but down to earth also. Our dogs followed them around & they would rub & pet them as if it was part of their job. They did an excellent job & explained everything along the way. Highly recommend this service & this crew!
Darius was great! He was friendly, prompt and thorough! He did a fantastic job cleaning my 2 rooms! The carpet looks like new!
This has been an absolute nightmare. I hired Stanley Steemer to clean my vents, and the team they sent lied to our face about completing the job. They only cleaned 4 of the 14 vents on the downstairs level but claimed they’d finished everything except two vents they said had “too many toys” — completely absurd. It’s…
Anthony and Devonta were great! They did a thorough job and explained all the steps. Would highly recommend.
These guys were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the job they were doing. I would highly recommend them.
Staci was very thorough
Both technicians came in and did a great job cleaning all of the vents in the house. They were professional, courteous and timely.
The service was fine, but the technician did tried to scam us by telling that there is mold which is growing fast and that we need UV lights immediately that cost around 800$. I understand that there might be mold, but proper knowledge of what kind mold and where the source for moisture is needed to analyze these…

The crew arrived ahead of schedule and the service was excellent. They cleaned my dryer vent and A/C ducts. They were friendly and explained everything.
Both of them were very professional
Horrendous job cleaning my HVAC ducts, DO NOT TRUST Stanley Steemer!! They damaged my ceiling repeatedly around the vents they had to remove (see photos), bent one of the grates, punctured a hole in the wall, left trash in my driveway, and despite being assured during the estimate process there would be no dirt or…
Had a great experience getting my dryer vent service, start to finish. Was able to get on the schedule within a few days, service was fast and efficient, cost was as advertised with no irritating push for up-sell - the technicians were very friendly. Also did carpet cleaning- in this case there was an up sell;…
The price we were quoted was very good. The salesman as well as the technicians were very personable. They came on time and they cleaned up behind themselves when they finished. We will definitely use them again.
