I was very happy with what they did. However, they charged me more than I was quoted. I removed two rooms from what I listed that needed work and yet I was still charged more. Unfortunately because of the amount that they charged, its not likely that i will use them again. Its a shame because they did a good job with what they did.
Marshall Ricks was timely, friendly, well educated on carpet cleaning and the company’s specials. He remained in task the entire time, worked swiftly and he used his time very wisely.
