2nd time in 6 weeks that I’ve used SS for upholstery and rugs. Very professional, on time and the tracking app is legit to the minute for arrival time. Online booking and availability is what I look for in a company, not to mention the end results. Thank you! Job well done🙌
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process and outcome expectations. I will use them again.
I had 2 cream colored recliners and a tan couch cleaned by Raul and he did an amazing job! I did not expect how thorough of a job he would do (~2 hrs) and all three pieces look amazing. There were no major stains, but all three pieces had been through 2 moves and were kinda grungy. Hopefully we won't need anything…
A outstanding professional beautiful job that young man was excellent.

Great communication and service
The 2 gentlemen were very professional, prompt and definitely on time. Dwanye was extremely informative regarding the cleaning process. My sofa looks amazing considering how it initially looked. I will definitely recommend them to anybody. Thanks guys, you rock!
TJ was so polite and professional. He did an excellent job of cleaning I had some bad stains and spots and he got them up. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for great service. Please share this with him and reward him in some way Many accolades to TJ. Janis Ellen Mathews
George was very professional and polite. I will ask specifically for him when I schedule with Stanley Steamer again.
I am so very pleased with the cleaning of our sofa and love seat.
Great job on all services
The upholstery cleaning and the carpet steam cleaning was amazing. However, the area rug cleaning that i paid $400 for was less than stellar results! After a couple of weeks without our area and expecting amazing results (as touted by thr salesman) it was returned to us with the same stain that was on there…
Both gentlemen were very professional, timely, and responsive to my concerns. I am very happy with their work, and would highly recommend them, especially Tayvon.
Carrington and Jose were great. Very knowledgeable, explained what they were doing. Very professional. Definitely using Stanley Steemer again.
They were prompt, professional and efficient.
Austin was prompt, friendly, efficient and thorough. He explained the services, what to expect post-appointment and navigated our home carefully. He politely asked if I needed additional services but didn’t push an upsell and completed my order as I requested online. My first steam cleaning service and likely not my last!
The crew that came out today was professional, timely, efficient, and honest. Just had a basic carpet cleaning and my upholstery cleaned on my living room furniture. It all looks good as new! Will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends!!!
George was friendly, professional, and efficient! His expertise was very much appreciated.
The beat hands down...!!!!! Highly reccommend
Our technician Quincy was professional and courteous. Our little one was so excited to watch Mr. Quincy clean our couches and he was so kind to let him watch. The couches look new and he did a very thorough job! Highly recommend and we will be calling them next time to have our couches cleaned!
Austin arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He was able to get tough stains out of one of our chairs. The carpets looked great! I highly recommend Stanley Steamer!
The technicians were extremely friendly and took the time to explain exactly what they would be doing to treat my upholstery and carpet. I'm looking forward to using them again.
As aways, the technicians were very professional and friendly. I will use Stanley Steemer again.
Will definitely use them again!
Excellent service technician. Prompt and efficient. Seemed invested in the outcome. Very pleased.
They were friendly and courteous. They had to come back a couple times to redo the project, but we're very helpful. I would use them again for future projects.
Quincy did a FANTASTIC job with the carpet, upholstered furniture but also the two rooms of tile/grout. The laundry room and downstairs hall are high traffic zones from the outside backyard for our two dogs plus any dog sitting guests. It gets dirty fast! The tile and grout look like new! I am very, very…

Great polite service with terrific attention to detail. Great job, thank you!!
My carpets and upholstery look new again. Thank you for the excellent service.
He did a fantastic job! Would definitely use him again!
I was very happy with what they did. However, they charged me more than I was quoted. I removed two rooms from what I listed that needed work and yet I was still charged more. Unfortunately because of the amount that they charged, its not likely that i will use them again. Its a shame because they did a good job with what they did.
Paid $197 for them Stanley Steemer to clean my sectional. My family has used them for years but I will never again. Charging seperate for an ottomon when it would take the technician 1 minute extra to clean it is robbery. I used Zerorez last year and this was thrown in for free along with pillows. The overall…
The experience was AWESOME! They gave me important info and informed me about upcoming DEALS for my future cleanings. Fast and OUTSTANDING service!!!!
Great service!!! The team was totally helpful and professional!! Well done!!

I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. 4 years of dirt gone! I was so impressed I asked them to clean our sectional which they were able to do at the same time. Professionals through and through.
Daniel was very polite, professional. It was a quick job and the furniture looks brand new. Will definitely use Stanley Steamer again.

I really appreciated the extremely thorough and prompt service. And the fact that my concerns were addressed and explained in a thoughtful polite manner.
Milton showed up early, and got the job done way faster than I expected. He was kind and professional, and everything we needed to be cleaned looks even better than anticipated!
I would not use Stanley Steemer again. I set up an appointment to have the upholstered furniture in my son’s college apartment cleaned. The first day they came was not until 4:00 pm of their 11:00 to 4:00 promised time window. When they arrived after I’d waited there 5 hours, they did not have the portable equipment…
Dillon was super nice and helpful(the only reason I’m giving a 3) although their cleaning products didn’t do the trick for my sectional. You can hardly tell it was cleaned which is sad for the price I had to pay.
When preparing to sell my son’s 2007 CRV, I knew we needed to give the interior extra attention. Stanley Steamer was able to schedule us the same day I called. The 2 man crew arrived early in the 4 hour window. The guys were professional, did not try to up sell, and worked diligently the entire 90 minutes. And boy…
Anthony and Quincy were very professional and did an excellent job for the services we requested. Very professional and recommend them.

The technician that came out to my residence was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of what services I wanted.
Terry & Dickey were prompt, polite and professional. They cleaned my sofa thoroughly and gave problem stains extra attention. I recommend them without reserve. R Torres
I don't even know they did anything at all with my hardwood floors, quality wise it was as good as a couple of cleaning maids with mops. After cleaning, the upholstery was purging CLOUDS of dust if you went across the fabric with a hand! I think the equipment was just too old and worn for a good quality job...The…
The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job. I felt like he went above and beyond to remove some stains that I had not been able to remove.
Prompt, courteous and very professional. Even cleaned a mattress that had been in storage for 3 years. Everything looks and smells great!
