Once again- Stanley Steamer to the rescue- 2 dogs, 2 acres and carpet. Always use Stanley Steamer for the best spot removal possible (17yr old carpet), and extraction of dirt with their powerful system. I have the plan where you buy a 3 cleanings package. Great deal!! Thanks Kal for your attention to detail.
Nate was so professional and informative, he even moved furniture for me. Awesome and appreciate it all!!
My dog had several accidents Monday night. Tuesday morning first thing they arrived and were so friendly and did an absolutely stunning job. Everything looks better than it has in a very long time.

Marco and Grahm texted when on their way, were very professional, explained what to expect with the duct cleaning and carpet cleaning services, and got right to work. They did both jobs in a timely manner, set up and cleaned up well. I would recommend them to anyone needing these services.
Justin was terrific, As Usual

These guys are the best. I like the fact that they don't use soap. Dominic was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a lot of dog hair, and he even brushed out the carpets after they were cleaned to make sure all of the dog hair was gone too. Highly recommend Dominic and Stanley Steemer!
Jordan went above and beyond in his company's services, leaving me an estimate of air duct cleaning, furnace information, and dryer vent information. And he did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and deodorizing.

Glen and Richard did a fantastic job! Great customer service. Would highly recommend Glen, Richard and Stanley Steemer!!
On time. Friendly. Very professional. Only issue is water or soap was not wiped off the hardwood floor around upholstered pieces and area rugs soon enough. It took some of the finish off.
Very professional answered all of my questions respectful and fast my carpets look new again thanks guys !!!
I will use Stanley steemer the next time🥰
My appointment was at 1:00. At 11:00 Kevin called and politely asked if the technician could come early since he had finished his first house and the next one had canceled. I was fine with that and Glen arrived about 30 minutes later. Glen is a very personable guy and a very experienced carpet cleaner. He walked…

Brad & Bill provided excellent customer service. They were punctual, knowledgeable & ensured I was completely satisfied with their work. They were great! I’d definitely recommend them!
Professional they’re the real Deal. Now my carpet looks brand new and smells FRESH.
Quick and efficient, explained the process and how to care for the drying time in the next 3 days.
Great experience! Friendly worker! Detailed cleaning! Will definitely use again.
Disappointed! It was cleaned in my driveway, the back first, then the front. He said he sucked a lot of the water out of the rug and it would be dry in 3-5 hours. It is now 12 hours later & it’s still wet. The back of the rug has water stains? I had to bring it back in the house at dusk. HEAVY! I can’t put it down…
Richard was great. I do wish that there were longer hoses as he had to use portable unit which does not have strength of suction equal to truck mounted equipment
Excellent service. Antwan was professional, polite, likable, knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and confident.
Jordan did a fabulous job!
They are very very good and clearly know their job would use them again and again👍👍
Great service!
Very professional and nice. Easy to have in your home. Thank you
Nick and his partner did a great job cleaning our carpets and tile. The grout looks so much better. Would definitely use them again!
Wall to wall carpet and area rugs
These guys were very professional and very nice. They explained everything in detail and I would recommend the service to anyone. Companies I have used in the past do not use steam and in my opinion that is what really disinfects everything. This is the only cleaning company I would ever use.
The young that came did a wonderful job so satisfied
My daughter paid for this cleaning after I’d kept her dogs for 3 weeks. There were specific stains that needed to be cleaned. They disappeared almost completely. I’m the only one who can see it.
Thanks to Eddy for the best job in a long time, he was indeed the professional!!👍🏽👊🏽
Was about to be scheduled in the next day. Friendly staff, respectful and careful of my belongings. Plus a lot more reasonable in price than others.
Great job. He was nice and respectful and my rugs and sofas look clean and new.
Very good service by Nate. He explains what he is going to do and what he is going to be using to clean the carpet and what to do keep it clean as much as I can. He explained on the time frame on when to do the next cleaning.

Thank you Mike for always being professional and having positive vibes in our home!!!
Great service all around. I really appreciate you Stanley Steamer.
I booked Stanley Steemer to clean (3) area rugs and a rug runner at my home. Spoke at length to the young woman taking the information, giving description of the types of my rugs and the dimensions. I had a mailer from them offering a special and she told me it would be around $120 dollars, possibly more if I had…
Spencer did a great job and had excellent customer service 😊

Had tile countertops and floor cleaned and sealed.
Loved Nathan! I will request him next time. Thorough. Passed along helpful tips. Professional and engaging personality.
The Staff were very polite and informative. They explained their process, they were very efficient and on- time. This is now the 4th time I’ve used Stanley Steamer in the past year. And each time their technicians have been great.

Very professional, kind employees that did a fabulous job!
Jeff was courteous and professional. He reviewed our order, then went right to work. We added another area rug—no problem. I appreciate that he didn’t seem rushed. The carpet and rugs look clean (many stains removed) and refreshed. I’m very pleased.
The two young men were very good and took there time to make sure they covered all areas that were a concern. I will use this service again. Thank you ! - David

Jeff is professional. Pays attention to detail and does a great job. I will always call Stanley and ask for Jeff. He is awesome.
Very professional and polite. You would think that would be obvious but have hired quite a few folks to clean or install stuff in the house lately and it hasn't always been the case. Plus he was very good with my pesky pup. Very impressed. Rugs look great!
Dave did A great job. Went above and beyond. Our rug was filthy. Thnks Dave and Stanley Steamer !!
Luis and Will were very professional and thorough in their work. Will recommend this service in the future.

Nate arrived and was very professional. His attention to detail was excellent. Nate was also great at giving a debriefing of what was done, and also communicated above and beyond my expectations. Everything was discussed, and I had no questions afterward. Very diligent and thorough, I would definitely use the service again, and request him. Thank you.
Great service very professional very friendly
Dominic was extremely professional and caring with my carpets and upholstery. I would definitely have him return again and Stanley Steemer.
Technician came on time and was very professional. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you
We had a small dryer fire in our laundry room. No major damage but the whole house smelled like smoke. We were most concerned about having our HVAC ducts cleaned before moving back into our home. I called a few different HVAC companies with none able to come out to give us an estimate for several days to a few…
Great service! Emanuel did such a great job and was informing me of the products he was using, suggesting at home maintenance on my sectional, gave me knowledge on other services Stanley Steamer offers and overall was an excellent worker. My sectional looks like it did when we had first purchased it and he was able…
Service was great !!!!!
I had an area rug, ottoman and tile cleaned. Tech was prompt, efficient and hard working. Will repeat service. Definitely recommend.
Great service. One time, delightful technician, and great cleaning job.
Great service, very quick and thorough.
Fast and efficient
Glen was fantastic! When he came out, he was totally professional. Respected our space, followed Covid protocols, and did a great job cleaning my carpets. It’s things like his service that makes me a regular Stanley customer! Looking forward to having him come back out in a few months.
Fantastic!!!
Micheal is amazing! Professional, thorough, friendly. Great guy!
Alan was professional, worked very hard and took pride in all tasks he completed. The carpets, couches and tile look like new again.
Emanuel arrived on time, went over areas to be cleaned, discussed options and pricing, and adjusted my list according to my choices. When finished, he asked me to look at everything and pointed out what spots came out and a few that did not because they were permanent stains I knew about. He did an awesome job cleaning my porcelain tile.
He was very informative on the process. Very professional . Did a great job
Excellent service! Nathan was amazing, efficient and very friendly. My limestone floors were cleaned beautifully. Thank you!’

Both associates were very nice and great conversationalist.
He was very respectful and did a great job
Great customer service and the technicians were courteous and did a great job on the carpet. Even figured out how to clean under a piano.
I am in my second year of a contract with Stanley Steemer in Rancho Cordova. I have learned that my satisfaction with the service is somewhat dependent on the technician that does the work. Today Kal and Kacie were here to clean our carpets. They arrived right on time. Kal walked the entire house with me and asked…
Great service and they were very professional
service men very professional, did great work. Very clean, hard workers.
I like to have my floors professionally cleaned every couple years. It’s important to the general maintenance and upkeep of my home. I was pleasantly surprised with Stanley Steemer exceeding my expectations in the following ways. My initial phone call was no hassle. I quickly got an estimate and scheduled an…
Excellent work
I have used Stanley Steemer for many years. They are professional, polite, and on-time. The worker wore a mask face covering (April 2021) and so did I. They even called 30 minutes before arriving to give a heads up.
This is a dependable business. I haven’t used any other company for 20 years. I like the use of steam instead of chemicals. They always come in the time block they say they will. They are very good about checking in. They got on board with smartphones and I get updates BUT a real person still checks in with…
They cleaned my carpet in three rooms, an area rug, & cleaned the grout on my bathroom floor. The grout cleaning needed to be redone & the second cleaning was far better. Each technician was very polite & tried his best to accommodate me. They also move small pieces of furniture without asking which I really appreciate.
No over all complaints about the crew that came very nice people. However it seems as though there were several spots that were left untouched, and spots that were only half cleaned to be honest. I’m going to have to get out my own cleaner and finished what they started.
We've used Stanley Steemer several times to have our carpets cleaned. We've had excellent service on all occasions. The people were friendly, hard working, and got the job done right. I will definitely use them again when needed.
Henry was polite, efficient and was a pleasure to work with. He didnt need help moving any of the furniture to clean the floors. I reccomend him!
Experienced and friendly carpet technician did an amazing job in a short period of time. I’ll call again for sure.
Very good quality job!
Great job - carpets look amazing! Techs very professional, on-time, and fast! Highly recommend!
The company has done a Great job as always.
Our service experience was excellent. Your employee, Glenn, was delightful!
We’ve used Stanley Steemer for years and for the most part been quite satisfied. But not this time. This was a totally unacceptable experience. Our original order when we booked was $120. We did ask for some extra cleaning and deodorizing in certain places. He started rattling off a bunch of numbers with the…
