The tech. was friendly and efficient. He did not wear a mask, but i did. But, there are a few spots that did not clean. One spot is candle wax and I pointed it out to him after he was done. Worker was experienced and knowledgeable. My living room carpet was practically destroyed. He basically turned a disaster into almost brand new. I knew the worst stains wouldn’t be completely gone, but you could hardly tell even a week after.

Yes, my carpets were dirty. BUT, the rep did such a "quick" job the carpets did not come out clean. I drug out my Hover carpet cleaner to go over it and I was astonished at the amount of dirt that was still in my carpet. The tank water was dark brown!!! I wish I could post a picture of the dirty water. Total waste of my time and $$.
