Vince and his team came in and did some sort of magic on my carpet. And man, I’ll tell ya, we have a lot of carpet. 8 rooms, hallways, stairs… a lot! It came out looking all fresh and so clean! Definitely give them a call if you want friendly fast high quality carpet cleaning.
The owner Vince was great! Scheduled me right away for my service. Was prompt about notifications for my appointment. Very, very pleased with their cleaning and care service. I've been using Star Carpet and Tile for 3 years. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
Would recommend 10/10! Vince is the real deal. Came on time and handled work. Cleaned some chairs and some of my rugs, they came out looking nice! He turned my dog pissed on couch into a show room couch! He recently just did my couch so I’m letting it dry will upload pics of the assembled couch soon! Very very affordable!
Best carpet cleaning in the area, so professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend every time. Thank you for taking care of us!
Vince at Star Carpet cleaning was so knowledgeable and professional. He got out a slime stain on the carpet and he lifted our carpet shade significantly. The carpet that is 19 year old looks like new, which is saying a lot since I have 3 kids! The number one thing that was amazing is there was no wet smell or…

Vince and his crew were on time ! Came in, got the job done the first time. And assured me that the job was done correctly, by going over everything with me ! I will use Star carpet & tile, & Elk Grove duct cleaning from now on ! No doubt top notch !
We had such an incredible experience with Star Carpet. We have two dogs who sometimes have accidents causing stains on our carpets and rugs. Star Carpet did an incredible job of not only cleaning/removing all stains but making them smell incredible! Will definitely be using them again!

Star Carpet was great! Vince and Sean were on time, professional and displayed absolute professionalism. Thank you gentlemen! Carpets look and smell great!
So the first time we used star carpet and tile was when we first moved into a rental and found that the previous renters had apparently let their dog pee on alot of the carpet that was temporarily masked by home carpet cleaning. This when Vince came in and absolutely put in work with his team, the carpets were…

Vince is awesome! Not only was he super quick to respond to my inquiries, he was there two days later completing the work and went above and beyond to take out some MAJOR stains and water damage. ( got some Restoration Hardware Tufted linen sofas from a family member who didn’t take the best care of them). Needed to…
Vince with Star Carpet did a fantastic job cleaning our couches and carpets. We've hired him before this job and will continue to do so. By the way he's also a Veteran like myself so you know he will do the job right the first time.
Great experience! Very friendly workers along with great service.
Wow! Vincent and Star Carpet and Tile did an amazing job on my carpet. With our family puppy 🐶 leaving surprises on our carpet, we desperately needed a fresh start. The carpet looks like new and smells amazing. Did I mention the carpet dried same day! I highly recommend this Veteran owned business!

Star did a move out clean for me after leaving my rental. They did an absolutely amazing job and Vince kept me updated as he worked through the house. One thing you get with Star that you won't necessarily get with other carpet and tile cleaners is the owner on the job site making sure the work is up to his high…
