Star Carpet and Tile was able to fit us in quickly, great service, and communication. Our couch came out like new. Would definitely recommend this company!
Very professional, worked hard and did the best he could! Truly appreciated.
Very happy with the work completed. Our carpet and couch look new. Vince took his time to explain the process and was both friendly and professional. Will definitely use Star Carpet and Tile again.
The owner Vince was great! Scheduled me right away for my service. Was prompt about notifications for my appointment. Very, very pleased with their cleaning and care service. I've been using Star Carpet and Tile for 3 years. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
Would recommend 10/10! Vince is the real deal. Came on time and handled work. Cleaned some chairs and some of my rugs, they came out looking nice! He turned my dog pissed on couch into a show room couch! He recently just did my couch so I’m letting it dry will upload pics of the assembled couch soon! Very very affordable!
These guys are great. Detailed, energetic, efficient, and fun to have around. They were able to schedule two residences, in two neighboring towns, on the same day for me. Great service.
Vince was on time, professional and did an outstanding job. Our carpets had visible stains which he cleaned back to original. Highly recommend Star Carpet and Tile. We will be contacting Vince in the future.
Also cleaned the dryer vent. Knowledgeable and professional. Takes time to explain everything in detail. Reliable and great quality work!
Vince was awesome! I’d booked him to come out for a pretty basic couch steam cleaning since I have a dog and a cat, but he also cleaned my entrance rug, area rug, and additional ottoman for no extra charge! He was professional, friendly, and showed up right on time! I will definitely be using Star Carpet and Tile again in the future!
We recently scheduled Star Carpet to clean our area rug, and from the appointment process to the day the team showed up, it was a pleasant and professional experience. The results were terrific! I have used this company several times in the past 2 years. Theyve cleaned my carpets, couch, windows/screens and HVAC system. Today, Shawn cleaned my carpets and couch. Vince the owner and Mia have been here in the past and have also done excellent work. Look no further, there the best, hands down. Thank you…
Vince has cleaned our sectional twice now and does an amazing job! He’s quick to respond, get us scheduled and leaves our house sparkling clean! He even graciously cleaned our area rug for free, we will keep coming back.

Vince is awesome! Not only was he super quick to respond to my inquiries, he was there two days later completing the work and went above and beyond to take out some MAJOR stains and water damage. Vince with Star Carpet did a fantastic job cleaning our couches and carpets. We've hired him before this job and will continue to do so. By the way he's also a Veteran like myself so you know he will do the job right the first time.
Great experience! Very friendly workers along with great service.
Wow! Vincent and Star Carpet and Tile did an amazing job on my carpet. With our family puppy 🐶 leaving surprises on our carpet, we desperately needed a fresh start. The carpet looks like new and smells amazing. Did I mention the carpet dried same day! I highly recommend this Veteran owned business!
