Had another great experience with Starr Cleaning! After having them out to clean my white couch, I had them back out for a full house carpet and tile+grout cleaning. Austin showed up on time, is kind, communicative and really seems to care about the customer's experience. The tile and grout looks night and day…
This is the 3rd time I've used Starr to clean my carpets. Each time has gone very well. They communicate well, are flexible when our schedules change and do great work. They are very quick and efficient. I plan to continue using them going forward.
For the most part, Starr did a great job! My only complaint is the living room carpet that still had staining after cleaning. Overall, they did a great job!

Austin, was up front on explaining the cleaning process and what to expect with my 21 year old carpet. Tile cleaning was also good. I would recommend his services.
