Had another great experience with Starr Cleaning! After having them out to clean my white couch, I had them back out for a full house carpet and tile+grout cleaning. Austin showed up on time, is kind, communicative and really seems to care about the customer's experience. The tile and grout looks night and day…

As always Starr Carpet Cleaners does a phenomenal job. On time, and Great communication. I only use them.
Easy one-stop scheduling for a deep clean move-out followed by carpet cleaning. Decent, timely job, however ceiling fans and 2 air return grates needed additional attention after crew left. Crew did not have a ladder or step ladder to adequately reach.
Fantastic service. My carpets look ten times better than they did this morning!

I was referred to Star by a friend. I’m usually skeptical about carpet companies because typically very light work is put into the clean and stains remain. However I gotta give it up to Joe! First, I called Star Cleaning Services on one of their busiest weeks to have my old, dog stained carpet cleaned. Even though they were booked, the offered me a 6:00 am appointment. The Starr team is very professional and helpful. I got my tile and grout cleaned and the results shocked me. The tile was actually a different color-the original color it was supposed to be. I found this to be so funny, because I had wanted to replace the tile since it did not seem to match the cabinetry at all, but once it was clean I could see why they chose it…

We bought a house. Carpets were dingy, dirty and pet urine smelled. When technician was done they looked clean and fresh smelling.
We contacted several companies to see if they could clean the carpet on the ceiling of our motor home, but this is the only company that could do it. We had a roof leak that created some stains on the ceiling carpet inside. Once we fixed the roof we had them clean the carpet and they did an amazing job.
Great experience!! Great results
Starr cleaning really made things right after I wrote in a few complaints from a completed service appointment. Most companies argue back about a case by replying to Google reviews or via email, but the Starr manager took my word for it, listened to my feedback, and sincerely made an effort to resolve an issue. They…

We booked them for a deep cleaning session for our carpets when we were moving out from our townhouse. Zane was awesome, I'm in a rental and there were stains from before I moved in a year and a half ago. They got them out no problem. I'm not sure if it was general or steam. Was supposed to be steam cleaned but I didn't verify. The job being done and professionalism I give a 5. He was just later than expected (but he DID let me know). It's just making a longer night for me after an already long day.
