The cleaning technician, Zane, was very friendly, thorough and efficient.
This is the 3rd time I've used Starr to clean my carpets. Each time has gone very well. They communicate well, are flexible when our schedules change and do great work. They are very quick and efficient. I plan to continue using them going forward.
Great service - Austin was here right at 7am and took care of my loveseat & carpet within 45 mins. I would recommend them and will be a returning customer!
For the most part, Starr did a great job! My only complaint is the living room carpet that still had staining after cleaning. Overall, they did a great job!

Easy one-stop scheduling for a deep clean move-out followed by carpet cleaning. Decent, timely job, however ceiling fans and 2 air return grates needed additional attention after crew left. Crew did not have a ladder or step ladder to adequately reach.

Zane cleaned the carpet in my whole house. An amazing job. He was professional, clean and speedy. I was hesitant because I have had prior experiences with carpet cleaning companies that had added fees for deep cleaning but there were no gimmicks, the cost I was quoted was the cost I paid and they did an amazing job. My carpet is now clean and fresh.
