Stars Junk Removal

My regular go to pickup guys for everything , thank you all for the 15th excellent pickup !!

Fred was responsive and on time. He came to quote me for the junk to be removed and showed up to pick up and remove the junk promptly. I will be contacting him again in the future to remove junk in a future clean out for my property.

Eduardo and his team did a great job cleaning up an old property that we bought. There was junk piled high both indoors, outdoors and in a tool shed. They worked professionally over 3 days to clean by the whole area. There were 11 truckloads of junk but it is clean now. The prices were also very reasonable.

Fast and efficient.

We have used them several times, and they always are very professional, proficient and helpful

Coordinating with Claudio was a breeze - 12 hours after texting Star Junk for an estimate, my junk was removed for the estimated cost. The haulers, Fred and John, were extremely professional, fast, and even swept before they left! I would definitely recommend.

Such a positive and processional company. Eduardo is wonderful to work with. He came on on time, provided timely cost estimate. We found he is kind and hardworking professional. They deliver on time work, efficient and cost effective service. Highly recommend this company. 5 stars +!!!

These folks are personable and hard-working. They did whatever I wanted them to do. They made it very easy for me to look through the boxes of stuff that had been hidden away in the basement. They finished ahead of time and under budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very Professional, hauled everything out, gave a great price, nice, and good communication. Thank you

I called for a appointment, I got a quote and service on the same day. Juan was nice and worked hard. He was very considerate. After removed the furniture, he used another path to keep the house cleaned. We are very happy with the service. Definitely, highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company. They were quick and so professional. We had a huge job for them to help with and they brought truck after truck to help us. I highly recommend this company!!!

These guys were absolutely GREAT! Super communicative, prompt, hardworking, efficient and fantastic customer service. Juan and his crew did a fantastic job with our office closure, providing cubicle breakdown and hauling of all office furniture, appliances and e-waste. Thank you for making this process so easy!

They were great! On time and very nice! I will use them again when needed.

They're efficient and well-mannered. They finished removal in a speedy manner and cared to remove their shoes before walking into the house. Happy to use their service and will look for them for future needs.

Affordable, professional, and on time! THJS is a great company to remove anything you need to get rid of. Extremely polite and professional also.

I am from Maryland and am in town to pack up my family’s home due to a death. I called them and they were available for a pick up in 30 mins. Professional!!!

Excellent job, pleasant to work with.

I called to have junk removed from a commercial property, they went the same day and sent me photos. Excellent service

Two kind respectful workers Josh and Tiago came and loaded a huge truck full of refuse. Emotionally difficult situation due to family illness and neglected property. They were hardworking and handled everything gracefully, making it easier for me. Even making useful suggestions about how to complete the next steps. Thank you. TM

I’ve hired Star’s Junk about 5 times in the past 2 months for hauling. Each time, they are responsive, on time, fairly priced, and provide great customer service. Highly recommend their services!

They did a great job. They were fast, friendly and affordable. Would definitely recommend them and I’ll use them in the future.

Stars Junk Removal was a breeze to work with and had great pricing, they were able to come out for a next day appointment and haul away our unwanted appliances. The two gentlemen that helped us out (Josh & Juan) were prompt, professional, and super efficient. We will definitely be using Stars Junk Removal again anytime we need something hauled away!

Fast, professional, affordable, and very flexible.

Freddy and his team member texted to let me know they were on the way. Very nice, professional and accommodating. He quoted a price which I accepted and he said they could do the work now if I wanted. In less than an hour the junk was gone!

On time and quick loading of items

Jonathan and his buddy came on time and did a quick quote then removed my appliance in no time. Good experience.

A bit pricey (but my estimate was much different than the final load, YMMV) but they were courteous to keep the door closed so my cat wouldn’t get out. Worked fast and they were professional.

Great work

They removed refrigerator but did not use hand truck. One person dragged across the floor and left scratches all along the floor.

I called in the morning to make an appointment for removing an old commercial refrigerator. Jonathan and Pedro showed up right at the beginning of the window. They were efficient, courteous, and completed the job quickly. They were very careful in moving the refrigerator. I couild not have asked for better service. I will definitely use them again.

These guys were great. Showed up in time. The job was the removal of a large built-in refrigerator. This took much longer than anticipated but the guys were very cautious of our floors and got everything figured out. All along they were extremely polite and professional. The effort they put in was outstanding.… Read full review
