Fred was responsive and on time. He came to quote me for the junk to be removed and showed up to pick up and remove the junk promptly. I will be contacting him again in the future to remove junk in a future clean out for my property.

These people are junk professionals! They removed some difficult things from my property: Long chain link fences, sheds, a large metal chicken coop, 2 bathtubs, etc. They are methodical and competitive in price and do a professional job.

From the first phone call they were great to work with. They were very flexible in scheduling the pick up. The two gentlemen who came gave me a fair estimate and were able to load their truck immediately. They did an excellent job and a big relief for me. They were originally referred by friends of ours who also had an excellent experience with them.

Fred and his colleague came on time. Notified us before arriving. Made sure they cleaned up the area and were very friendly and professional.

They got here within 30 minutes of submitting the request and did an amazing job. Highly recommended!

Coordinating with Claudio was a breeze - 12 hours after texting Star Junk for an estimate, my junk was removed for the estimated cost. The haulers, Fred and John, were extremely professional, fast, and even swept before they left! I would definitely recommend.

Jonathan was very awesome and patient, also considerate of my budget and what I could do financially, he and his partner cleaned everything and even swept up small glass and debris, also very helpful and communicative as well.

I paid more than almost 600$ for getting rid of cardboard boxes and packaging stuff. They started complaining about trash being too heavy and were asking 100$ extra for trash. Wow, they are just a ripoff and I would never ever use their services again
