This company came out same day to service a couple of rooms at my home. Josh A. did a great job! He was fast and efficient in quoting the service and completing the cleaning. I will be booking the remainder of our rooms soon. I highly recommend using Steam Master. I was not notified about card processing fees before…
Brandon was very professional, polite and explained everything in detail. He made sure everything was in top shape before he left and that I, as a customer, was satisfied with the cleaning job. I will be in contact in the future. As long as Mr. Brandon can do the job. Awesome guy. 👍🏿
I had Steam Master clean two bedroom carpets (high end carpet) and one wool rug 9x11. We had pet stains from a sick fog and they had been freshly cleaned up. First, they would not give a price estimate until they’re came out. It was $890 for 2 bedrroms and a rug! I cut out a few extraneous things and lowered the…

Juan Acosta did great work on a carpet cleaning! He was patient, great at communicating when I miss understood the process and offered solutions to problems. I’ll ask for Juan Acosta every time I need a job well done. We were charged $320 for a loft, a movie room, and stairs. I’ve attached before and after pictures…

Company isn’t worth it. I’m convinced half these reviews are fake. I spent literally $900 for them to clean my carpets as I was moving out and they made it so much worse. The technician persuaded me on the “enzymes” to help fight the stains and the odor (mind you, the odor was so much worse AFTER they cleaned.) Of…

With 3 small kids and a lenient wife, needless to say the carpets were beyond repair, or so I thought.
