Great and prompt service from Jose. My couch and recliner are looking and smelling like new
Mason was very professional, friendly and honest about our situation. He did a great job and our carpet looks great!
Joshua.R he did an awesome job. What a difference I purchased this couch that was dog pee, and dog smell infested and I did not think it would come out. He was able to get it all out and make it smell really good.. Josh is well knowledgeable and very kind I would recommend him.
Very professional. Very kind and efficient. Made sure the carpets were clean, fresh, and looking new again. Big thank you to Jose Perez for his great services! I'll for sure be scheduling another cleaning when needed, with Steam Master Cleaning.
Great job done by Andrew and Jesus. They inspected the 4 pieces of upholstered furniture I wanted to clean (sectional sofa, love seat, armchair, bench) and then proposed two price points and explained the treatments that would be included in each. They were very easy to work with and courteous, and my furniture looks great. Would hire again!
I had Steam Master clean two bedroom carpets (high end carpet) and one wool rug 9x11. We had pet stains from a sick fog and they had been freshly cleaned up. First, they would not give a price estimate until they’re came out. It was $890 for 2 bedrroms and a rug! I cut out a few extraneous things and lowered the…

Company isn’t worth it. I’m convinced half these reviews are fake. I spent literally $900 for them to clean my carpets as I was moving out and they made it so much worse. The technician persuaded me on the “enzymes” to help fight the stains and the odor (mind you, the odor was so much worse AFTER they cleaned.) Of…

We got rid of the carpets in the house because of allergies, but we still have a couple of rugs that need to be cleaned. So they were the nicest two guys. Let me start off by saying that. It bought them two stars how nice they were to my cats. It does go downhill from there though.
