Jim was on time (actually a little early), professional, courteous, and responsive to my requests. He even completed a couple of extra tasks that I "added on" while he was here for the scheduled service. I recently relocated to Fort Wayne, and this is the 2nd time I've used Sterling for electrical work in my home. I highly recommend them!

Called at 7:30am when they opened, with a bad breaker on a 70 year old breaker box, he happened to have the part for it and had a guy out and had the problem fixed by 8:00am THE SAME DAY. 30-40 minutes from the time I called and my problem was fixed at a very reasonable rate. Excellent service.
