Excellent service, the technician was professional and knowledgeable, he fixed our dishwasher quickly
Very nice company , on time and very professional
Ryan was great. We had him fix our washer-dryer hook-ups - the hot and cold water connections were switched, but because of the narrow bay in which they unit was installed, it was difficult for us to do the repair ourselves. Ryan was on time, he pointed out a couple of other issues he noticed when he made the…
Ryan was super easy to communicate with by text and phone. He was on time for appointments and upfront about costs. He did a great job fixing our dishwasher and educated us about ways we can help keep it clean and products to buy. If we need another appliance repair, I will go back to Ryan.
Ryan came and fixed all the problematic appliances in my home quickly and easily. He showed me the parts that were bad and the best, safest, and cheapest way to make the repairs. He's popular though so you won't get same day service. He's worth waiting for! ETA: he did it again with the installation of a new dishwasher.
Replied very quickly to my inquiry and I was easily able to schedule an appointment. Showed up on time and efficiently diagnosed the issues. Easiest experience I’ve ever had with appliance repair. Nice conversation as well. Definitely recommend.
