Awesome place, Evan has been awesome from the start explaining everything he is doing. We started stretching to a 6 goal is 10 and I can feel myself gettin better every time. Thank you Evan for being great. The stretches, heat gun, that place will have you feeling great. Definitely give them a try.

Stretch Lab has changed my life!! I’m 69 years old and have arthritis in my knees, wrists, and fingers. I have lost 50 lbs and started working out, but my 44 assisted stretches at Stretch Lab have contributed the most to me feeling better than I have in years!!! My flexoligist, Evan, works with me each time to target what needs the most work. He listens to me and is quite knowledgeable about how the body works. I can now walk, climb stairs, garden and work out with little to NO pain! My fitness continues to improve and I will continue to see Evan to keep me on the right track. My goal is to be able to do splits again. I don’t know if that’s realistic at my age, but everyone needs a goal, right?

Who knew that I could get more mobility and relaxation from a StretchLab session than from a massage! Just had a 50 minute stretch with Alex and the pain in my hip and shoulders is gone. Highly recommend StretchLab Rocky River and I highly recommend making this a regular part of your wellness routine!
