I took my first yoga sculpt class with Maegan -And it was absolutely amazing! Maegan kept us engaged and her energy was infectious! I will definitely be back to take another one of her classes.
I could not love this studio more! There is such a strong feeling of joy and love in this space - starting with the teachers and trickling down into the others that share the space with them. I have loved every class I’ve taken and always look forward to the time I get to spend here.
This is such an amazing studio! It’s a beautiful space, warm and inviting, and the instructors are fantastic! They encourage and are supportive and I always feel like I get a great workout. The classes are offered at great times, too, so that even as a working mom I can still make it to sessions throughout the week. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!

Thanks Amanda! We are so glad you are enjoying the studio and all the classes. We love having you there!
I've been taking advantage of the teacher membership this summer, and it has been such a wonderful experience! I've tried a variety of classes, including Power Sculpt, Pilates Fusion (Pilates x Barre), Yoga Flow, and Yin Yoga. There's truly something for everyone, whether you're looking for an intense workout or a more restorative practice. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and calming. One of my favorite touches is the essential oil-infused cold towels after a hot class; they're the perfect way to end a workout! Every instructor I've taken class with has been knowledgeable, welcoming, and great about offering modifications, making each class feel accessible regardless of experience level. This studio is an incredible addition to Southington and is absolutely worth the drive from a neighboring town. I highly recommend checking it out!
Ali, we have loved seeing you on your mat this summer! Thank you for the review!
