Andy was very personable and trustworthy. He’s a five star tech but Summers parts and service are the definition of price gouging. It’s not Andy’s fault, but $344 to replace a simple part in a leaky faucet is ridiculous.

After a call for a plumbing issue about 8 am, Bryan Mejan was here an half an hour (11:30) before expected (12:00). I showed him the problem and within 15 minutes he had it fixed. He also introduced me to their program which gives great discounts and free annual services for less than $12/mo. Well worth it to a recently widowed senior.
Tyler is awesome! He got the faucet working again without dripping/leaking. He was the same person who replaced our old galvanized plumbing in the basement. I highly recommend Tyler! And I love working with this company!
