Very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick response to my call.
Tim was very kind and educated about what needed to be fixed. Service was great
I highly recommend Summers. Andrew converted my old 3 handle tub faucet to a single handle. The job was completed super fast & everything was absolutely perfect. I couldn't be happier! I will definitely use them again & again! Excellent service 😊
The repairman was excellent, however, the customer service, or lack thereof, was terrible! Was told my window was 8 -12. At 1:15 pm, no update or call as to why they were late. Can't reach anyone by phone and their automated system is ridiculous! Took several calls to reach a live person after leaving…
I had a plumbing issue this morning and I called Summers, and they were at my home by early afternoon. I was impressed with their professionalism, respectfulness and knowledge. They were in and out in no time and repaired the leak underneath my kitchen cabinet. I would highly recommend Summers. Thanks Dan & Randy.
2026 update: I've been having Summers work on projects for me for a few years now, from a dead hot water tank, to a cracked furnace, to a water softener and new, more more reliable sump. All the techs that have come out and I'm sure I don't remember them all - Dan, Brian, Charlie, Mike, Zach (I'm sorry if I forgot…
Had the best plumber come out that I have full trust and faith in and that was definitely all about doing the job that best fit our circumstances. Prompt and on time. Patient and friendly. Mike Meagher is the guy to ask for if he is available because he is definitely honest and knows his stuff!
Punctual, efficient answered all question
Technician Dan did a great job replacing two outside faucets. He has provided service several times at my house and I really enjoy having him come out-I trust him and his work. Keep sending him!🙂
Logan was very kind and easy to understand, great guy very professional and annsw all of my questions, I asked about the kitchen faucet that it was running slow and not an good stream, Logan took apart and unclogged the hose end that had the filter in it, also looked at all the faucets and water heater, toilets and…

Moving most current to the top. Keith was exceptionally professional and proficient in executing our AC repair. Super personable as well. We will always recommend Summers for HVAC and plumbing. They always stay in contact and show up on time, and do the work quickly and well. Special mention to the office staff who…
Have had a service contract with Summers since May 2017. Pleased with annual contract. Pleased with all the technicians I have used for plumbing, furnace, and air conditioning. Today's technican Nick is the best! Not only did he do a great job, he was totally thorough and explained everything!! He is totally awesome!! Have recommended Summers to friends!
The work provided was excellent and very quick timely professional great value. Absolutely!
Dan arrived earlier than expected with another tech. They finished the work within 30 minutes and no issues. He even explained several things that I needed to know going forward which I appreciated!!!!
Excellent service, very professional, and so friendly. Looks great! Thank you! We have used them several times for various things and always happy!
Mike arrived at about 3pm and completed the job a little after 4pm. He didn't take long to identify the location of the leak and completed the repair in good time. The repair was finished in a timely manner and for a very reasonable amount of money. I am quite satisfied in the work done and in the manner in which it…
Andy was very personable and trustworthy. He’s a five star tech but Summers parts and service are the definition of price gouging. It’s not Andy’s fault, but $344 to replace a simple part in a leaky faucet is ridiculous.
Excellent
After a call for a plumbing issue about 8 am, Bryan Mejan was here an half an hour (11:30) before expected (12:00). I showed him the problem and within 15 minutes he had it fixed. He also introduced me to their program which gives great discounts and free annual services for less than $12/mo. Well worth it to a recently widowed senior.
Tyler is awesome! He got the faucet working again without dripping/leaking. He was the same person who replaced our old galvanized plumbing in the basement. I highly recommend Tyler! And I love working with this company!
Justin came out after hours for a service call. Very professional and did great job explaining the issue. The only knock is the part that they replaced was $500 when you can get a comparable part at HD for around $100. Find the price on replacement parts with 500% markup to be a bit excessive. Other than that the…
Dan is the best.
The technician completed the work quickly and did a great job! I have used Summers in the past, and will continue to use them.
Courteous, friendly service. Upfront pricing, no surprises.
Connor Griffen did a great job!
I am so glad i finally called a professional plumber to address my leaky faucet and shower knob. The price was reasonable and comes with a guarantee. They were on time and it did not take a long time to complete the jobs. I'm pleased and i would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
Bryan and Tyler were friendly and efficient. They quickly resolved our problem and explained what the issue was.
Excellence kind hearted people!🙂
We could not be more pleased with our service from Connor this morning. We have five faucets that need replaced and he was not only incredibly punctual, but very professional in assessing our needs. We are now members and look forward to many years of peace of mind!
Bryan & Tyler were professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommend for plumbing needs.
Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed my issues and did so with speed. I would definitely use him and this company again.
They are good people. They are quick and efficient .Very friendly, kind and very knowledgeable .And most of all compassionate, and helpful for my time in need.
Bryan was extremely friendly and was able to complete the job in the most cost friendly and least invasive way possible. He was earlier than the time I was originally given which was awesome!
Dan was excellent and patient. 2nd time he installed our sink. Excellent job as usual
My bathroom vanity was plugged up, Dan did an excellent job of getting it back open. I'm highly pleased with the service it was prompt and very professional!!
I'm a first time homeowner and had Summers recommended to me through my father, you know, an actually adult. The plumber, Dan, was very professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, quick. Will definitely be calling Summers again if, and when, the need arises. 10/10, would recommend all day long.
Jeremy is fantastic! He not only fixed our initial issue, he also pointed out a potentially problematic issue that we are now getting repaired as well!! It’s nice to have excellent customer service where technicians go outside of the box to do an excellent job!!
I needed a hose bib replaced, just one cold water hose bib. The plumber arrives and says it would be 512 dollars not including the 89 dollar fee, just to show up, for a total 601 dollars. I told him no and told him I'd call someone else. He tried to make us pay the 89 dollar fee for showing up. We refused to pay it. This business is a fraud.
To Summers heating I had an issue with furnace turning off and on intermittently I placed a call after hours and I received a call back within minutes 👍I asked if someone can come the next day , they said yes and technician D A came promptly at 9:30 am like he said he would and he fixed the problem very quickly…
Dan was excellent in repairing my kitchen sink faucet. He is very knowledgeable and very professional in his craft. I truly appreciate him and the work that he done for me.😃😁
Dave is a sharp cookie! He knows his stuff! Matt did an excellent job! He is well trained and a down to Earth, practical person. He understands his specialty!
Matt was very nice and laid back. He knew the problem immediately and fixed my faucet in under 30 minutes. You can tell he is an expert at what he do. It’s crazy that one little part is so expensive but I am glad they had a special and waived the service fee.
