Russell was timely and informative. Also included what issues may arise in the future.
Anthony K came out and dialed in everything we needed. Nice to the dog, great guy to have come over and service the crib. HVAC
Kevin Travis came out to my house in Griffith and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond to re run my lines while installing the new a-coil on my furnace. Being a service technician myself he stands out for amazing customer service, a hard worker and an all around good person. Definitely recommend summers for…
I wanted to give props to my technician, Timothy B. Complete professional and extremelypersonable. He's a young man and has a bright future. I was extremely appreciative of his explanation of the issue and willingness to allow me to hover. I didn't, but it shows me his confidence. I have to say Summers excels in…
Returning customer. Every time I call they show up that day or first thing the next day. Always fixed right the first time.
Jason was professional, efficient, and very personable. He fixed the problem quickly and also told me how to avoid future issues.
Dave found the issue and fixed it in a flash.

Great service very knowledgeable very happy with what was done!!!
Very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly to me.
Technician was good , messaging for after hours is awful. We had to suffer without air conditioning for 6 days with house being 88 degrees in extremely hot weather . Office staff is awful at crown point Indiana location especially Jen . . Had to go out and spend $400 on industrial fans just to stay cool . I I think…
Christian was great, he had everything explained and fixed within an hour of arriving. Summer was able to get him out to our house within 4hrs of contacting them.
We had summers for a while and it seems that the service is going downhill. Our humidifier went out just little over a year having it. I called them since they where the ones who installed it. They came out and had to order a new fan/motor but the guy said it wasn't covered under warranty but it should have been and…
Let's start with the good; customer service is always friendly and every technician we've had, whether it's for plumbing or heating/cooling, has been great. Now the bad; spent close to $20k on a new HVAC system less than 12-months ago and we're now on our 2nd repair/service issue. They can't control issues with the…
Kevin and Bryan were here, extremely nice people, professional, and would recommend to anyone
Needed a professional to look at our ducts and zones in the new house. Kevin, Josh and JP took care of us and explained the problem, solutions and ways to help with costs. Thanks again!
Charged me 7k for a new A/C unit about 5 years ago. The thing never stops running when it's hot. And it never gets to the desired temp. They've been out to look at it every single year and want more money to fix what they installed. Avoid this company.
Dan was great! He did an amazing job and was very professional. However, after I examined the situation, it was determined that I did not need a new furnance. I should have gotten a second opinion, but already purchased it.
IF YOUR A WOMEN DONT HIRE THEM I was working so they were dealing with my pregnant wife. they came over and spent less then 10 minutes replacing a limiter on my furnace, the heat still didn't work. Josh Wakefield has 30 years experience and solved a complicated problem that probably 98+% of HVAC technicians would not have solved....if you have a problem call Summers and ask for Josh's
Josh Wakefield came over to bring the A/C back on. His extensive experience allowed him to diagnose the problem that the earlier repair had missed. He also updated the software on the new unit and made some setting adjustments that had been missed on the install. As the saying goes "what value experience brings!"
Josh was the BEST!! Hotest day of 2023 and Air broke down!. Josh came to our rescue! Very thorough and professional. Explained what he was doing in a way I understood. Excellent service!
