Initial experiences with Summers were great! Have always loved their service and their techs are really thorough but they’ve taken a turn. Scheduling has grown increasingly difficult and it takes months to get service calendared. My recent encounter with a rude representative on the phone regarding scheduling made me decide to cancel my contract.

Bob and Aaron were the techs who did my furnace tune up. They were friendly and personable. They even showed me some things I can do to maintain my furnace. Very pleased.
He came in and serviced my AC despite being stung by wasps and bees that had nested by it. He also took care of the problem in my furnace room. He helped us make affordable arrangements to have our AC, furnace, and plumbing checked and serviced.
