Initial experiences with Summers were great! Have always loved their service and their techs are really thorough but they’ve taken a turn. Scheduling has grown increasingly difficult and it takes months to get service calendared. My recent encounter with a rude representative on the phone regarding scheduling made me decide to cancel my contract.
Very satisfied and he took care of everything that we needed. We will definitely be using their services from now on.

Mike came out a week ago to do a maintenance checkup on my furnace and did a fantastic job. He is friendly and courteous at all times. I suggest Summers hold on to this employee. Hopefully he'll be sent back out again when my AC is due for a checkup.

Brady did a wonderful job by taking apart several areas of my 2011 furnace, to inform me of the oil leak due to its age. He continued to clean and check for any other issues that could arise. I was very pleased with Brady and the information he provided. I will call for him again should I need service or to retain my yearly maintenance agreement.
