Initial experiences with Summers were great! Have always loved their service and their techs are really thorough but they’ve taken a turn. Scheduling has grown increasingly difficult and it takes months to get service calendared. My recent encounter with a rude representative on the phone regarding scheduling made me decide to cancel my contract.
Very satisfied and he took care of everything that we needed. We will definitely be using their services from now on.
The technician was friendly & thorough. He answered all my questions and gave helpful advice.
Summers is always very good at what they do. We've used them before and always satisfied with the results. Tim was very friendly and professional. I really like it when the technician likes to laugh along with us. We've used Summers several times and they never disappoint.
Let's start with the good; customer service is always friendly and every technician we've had, whether it's for plumbing or heating/cooling, has been great. Now the bad; spent close to $20k on a new HVAC system less than 12-months ago and we're now on our 2nd repair/service issue. They can't control issues with the…
Tim B. was great! He sat with me and answered all of my questions. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. Anthony K. installed a solar attic fan. He was great! He explained how it will benefit my indoor comfort and answered all of my questions. Very professional. Very nice man.
Mike came out a week ago to do a maintenance checkup on my furnace and did a fantastic job. He is friendly and courteous at all times. I suggest Summers hold on to this employee. Hopefully he'll be sent back out again when my AC is due for a checkup.
Anthony and Christian are the best! They were both knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing the issue with my furnace. They could not have been nicer to work with. My cat also approves of them!
Recently, Donnell came to our house to do a yearly inspection of our furnace. He was very professional and thorough. He explained what and the process of what he was doing. While here he gave us some recommendations for additional things that could be done to protect our furnace in the event of power outages. He…
Kevin was awesome today. He answered all my many questions and explained everything. I feel so much better about this heat pump. I definitely will recommend him each time I have service. He went above and beyond and is also very knowledgeable. Casey was with him and he did a great job answering my questions as well.
Angelo was amazing to say the least, super respectful and walked me step by step what he was doing to de-scale my heat as you go water heater. Super friendly and even gave my 1.5 year old high fives!! 10/10 would recommend Summers and Angelo to anyone for repairs!
Anthony Kocher and his intern are very professional, kind, courteous., and a pleasure to do business with.
In less than 24 hrs they answered the call and delivered. Very professional and respectful. From the initial call to the end all involved were empathetic and provided answers to all questions. Kevin showed up after normal working hrs and assessed the situation. Immediately he made a call and connected me with Justin…
Do not use this company. Terrible service from customer service to HVAC installation to repairs. It started by having a new HVAC system installed. My new furnace would not run after being installed. The exhaust was improperly installed. Next, our house would not heat properly. A technician came out and found that…
Brady did a wonderful job by taking apart several areas of my 2011 furnace, to inform me of the oil leak due to its age. He continued to clean and check for any other issues that could arise. I was very pleased with Brady and the information he provided. I will call for him again should I need service or to retain my yearly maintenance agreement.
Great job done by Jason
