Diagnosed my problem with ease and returned with the repair part and fixed the issue. Thank you!
Mike was professional and personable. He enjoys what he does and made me feel comfortable having him in my home.
I called for emergency service at 4:45 p.m. on a weekend Sunday 9/6/26 as I had a water pipe leakage where I had to turn water off, and they were here at 8:30 pm. Late I know, but they were busy and Google maps sent the tech to wrong address more North of me as I was South. Technician text and communicate with me of…
Andrew came at a moments notice when my sewer line burst. He was able to do a temporary fix while he prepared his team for a follow up visit. I had zero issues with my plumbing in between appointments. He came back with his co-work Eric and they were awesome. They replaced all the burst galvanized pipes and my…
Technician for our plumbing inspection was awesome. Very friendly and proposed solutions for our plumbing issues and was a straight shooter about whether they were immediate needs or if they could wait.
I have been a Summer's customer at two residences over the past five years and have always been happy with their work customer service
Nick was great. I had a lot of questions he had a lot of answers. My pipes are around 100 yrs old. They fixed changed and now hot water is working great. I’m a happy homeowner.
Nick was awesome! Great job, very informative. Highly suggest!! 2nd visit: Anthony is a gem!! Love this company!
Update February 11, 2026 Today Zak came out and did an awesome job on my furnace. I’ve left other reviews and so far have had nothing but either fantastic experiences or very thorough resolutions of any problem I’ve ever had. Great going Zak.!! ============= Charles came out and made a lot of good recommendations.…
Andy, Aaron, and AJ did an excellent job!!! Give them a raise!!!!
I had a plumbing issue this morning and I called Summers, and they were at my home by early afternoon. I was impressed with their professionalism, respectfulness and knowledge. They were in and out in no time and repaired the leak underneath my kitchen cabinet. I would highly recommend Summers. Thanks Dan & Randy.
Nick and Ziggy did a prompt, cheerful, professional emergency repair when our pipes burst in the ceiling and flooded the garage. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and quickly replaced the burst copper pipe, cleaned up meticulously, and offered us their helpful membership maintenance plans. Many thanks!
2026 update: I've been having Summers work on projects for me for a few years now, from a dead hot water tank, to a cracked furnace, to a water softener and new, more more reliable sump. All the techs that have come out and I'm sure I don't remember them all - Dan, Brian, Charlie, Mike, Zach (I'm sorry if I forgot…
Technician Dan did a great job replacing two outside faucets. He has provided service several times at my house and I really enjoy having him come out-I trust him and his work. Keep sending him!🙂
Who is that excellent, diligent and skillful piping engineer?! It’s Mike Meager! I had major plumbing work needing with old pipes. He and his team broke concrete and exposed the problem. He redid my stack pipe and drain. He also put in sump pump and check valve.
Nick and partner were very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. A two day, unexpected job that caused major anxiety… but having Nick and his partner here to fix it put my mind at ease! Highly recommend.
Great job! Went above and beyond!!! The company would be lost without you. What a Wonderful teacher you must be.
Andrew and his associate was very respectful, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job replacing a valve to the main water line and installed an automatic shut-off at my church. The job was done well and I would recommend them and Summers to others.

We have used Summers several times for various issues with plumbing in our basement. The most recent service call was by Conner Griffin. He came out today after our ejector pump failed last night. Summers is always very responsive and addresses emergencies very quickly. Conner replace our entire sump pump (it…
There were 2 techs that provided service; one for air conditioning and one for plumbing, each were maintenance. Plumbing- Despite the indicators on the sheet, the only checks done were the sump pump, gas hot water heater and one bathroom sink faucet. There was a lengthy sales pitch and description on the age of the…

Called Summers on a Sunday and told them my water tank had a slow leak. They were able to send out a plumbing technician named Mike within a few hours. Mike was friendly and task focused. We had a Saturday emergency call and were very pleased with the service we got. We have worked with Summers for many years and they have always completely reliable and knowledgeable.
I felt like a valued customer when my tech left. Bryan Mejan showed Superior Customer Service. Very professional and didn’t mind explaining the steps he took to detect and repair my issue and what needs to be done in the future. Truly an asset to the Company. Once again i feel like a valued customer. Thank you
Hard worker. He was right on the job and very nice and communicative. Helpful too. Told me about a drain cleaner that really did the job.
Mike arrived at about 3pm and completed the job a little after 4pm. He didn't take long to identify the location of the leak and completed the repair in good time. The repair was finished in a timely manner and for a very reasonable amount of money. I am quite satisfied in the work done and in the manner in which it…
Thank you Mike and the entire Summer’s Team for the level of commitment and dedication today, to assure my boiler is functioning properly!
Summers Plumbing and heating is my go to company for my plumbing needs hands down. They are efficient, and helpful and have an excellent professional attitude. Thanks Summers good job 👍🏾😎
Angelo came out to inspect some leaking. Was here less than 2 hours and discovered the cause, fixed it, and was very friendly and professional the entire time.
Andy was very personable and trustworthy. He’s a five star tech but Summers parts and service are the definition of price gouging. It’s not Andy’s fault, but $344 to replace a simple part in a leaky faucet is ridiculous.
Andy did an excellent job. He was efficient and did the job quickly. He explained what happened and offered suggestions for the future. I was very pleased with the service.
Very professional and well knowledgeable

He was very thorough explained in detail what the problem was and what the solution should be. He was very respectful of our home and I look forward to working with him again!
Justin came out after hours for a service call. Very professional and did great job explaining the issue. The only knock is the part that they replaced was $500 when you can get a comparable part at HD for around $100. Find the price on replacement parts with 500% markup to be a bit excessive. Other than that the…
Chris the plumber that came to my home was amazing - professional, sweet, patient, and thorough with explaining the work that needed to be repaired. He's an honest person and treats customers like family. He should be the face of Summers Heating and Cooling! 🙂 Customer Service staff were also great. Highly recommend the company.

Did a great job installing two bathroom faucets that we had purchased separately. Andrew even agreed that the ones we had purchased looked better than the ones Summer was going to supply! Will continue to use Summers for various plumbing, heating & cooling needs!
Showed up and got straight to business. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
Megan was nice, informative, and professional. She gave suggestions that I will follow for preventative maintenance on a sluggish drain and a questionable toilet flapper. I appreciate the tips and lack of pressure to upsell. I did decide to pay for the monthly preventative checkups on the A/C, furnace, and plumbing. Well worth it on an aging house system.
Connor was able to figure out the issues with my very old plumbing and explained everything. I’m happy I used Summers.
Zach Mackenzie was by far the level best HVAC professional we have ever had service our church. What in previous times took other technicians hours, Zach completed in minutes and made it look easy. I had them come in and find a leak in my basement. When I got them to come in to do the work they had to repipe my basement. When they did they didn't wear any foot protection and tracked pipe setiment throughout my house. Then left without cleaning up. When they left I had noticed they didn't even have a hookup for…

Called on Sunday and left a voice message about a gas leak. Was promptly called back early on Sunday. The technician arrived early on Monday and diagnosed and fixed the leak quickly. Even explained things to me clearly. The price was reasonable.

Had Summers come out twice . Once on 11/16 and again on 12/23 to find and repair leak from upstairs bathroom to downstairs bathroom and I paid twice and still have the leak. Now they are not returning my calls. DO NOT use this company, they will rip you off. I have left 2 voicemails for Ben the manager, on 1/3/22…
