Jacob and Nick did a great job!!!!! So happy and pleased for fixing our problem in less time than they expected. Great Job guys!!!! They had to cut up concrete in basement to get to pipe that was corroded and replace. When they were done they cleaned everything nicely. No mess. This company is for real!!!! Again…
On two different occasions in the past year or so, we have had had two different plumbing emergencies in our basement after hours. Jason was professional, efficient, and very personable. He fixed the problem quickly and also told me how to avoid future issues.

Nick and Ziggy did a prompt, cheerful, professional emergency repair when our pipes burst in the ceiling and flooded the garage. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and quickly replaced the burst copper pipe, cleaned up meticulously, and offered us their helpful membership maintenance plans. Many thanks!
Mike, Randy, and Austin were the gentlemen assigned to our project. From the first minute of their arrival I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. 2026 update: I've been having Summers work on projects for me for a few years now, from a dead hot water tank, to a cracked furnace, to a water softener and new, more more reliable sump. All the techs that have come out and I'm sure I don't remember them all - Dan, Brian, Charlie, Mike, Zach (I'm sorry if I forgot…

This is the third time I’ve had Summers out to mess with my clogged drain. Apparently it is a drum trap badly clogged. Once we removed the drywall to access the pipe, they were able to get in there and get that nasty problem clog and clean it out, as well as add access to the pipe going to the upstairs drain which…

Both Chris and Mike M. were exceptional. They explained what the plumbing repair process would entail and length of time needed to complete the work. Also—-as a customer I really appreciate how your staff member is introduced as he is approaching the time of appointment/picture as well as Bryan’s call of arrival time. Thanks—-
Had some new waterlines run after they froze this winter. After the install I noticed some wetness under the kitchen sink and summers came out and checked on it twice. The first time they could not tell where the leak was coming from so I isolated it and they corrected the issue with no problem. Connor was great to…

Nick and his assistant did a great job connecting the water line to the new refrigerator. The old line was inadequate, so they had to replace it and did a fabulous job in a timely manner. The new line looks so much better than what was there before and works beautifully.
Tech was very professional, knowledgeable and informative about my situation.
I had them come in and find a leak in my basement. When I got them to come in to do the work they had to repipe my basement. When they did they didn't wear any foot protection and tracked pipe setiment throughout my house. Then left without cleaning up. When they left I had noticed they didn't even have a hookup for…

The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I’d give the technician 5 stars. The organization of the appointment needed improvement. Mike Lessner came out and did some work on our plumbing. You couldn't have asked for a more friendlier or professional employee to have in your home to do your work. I'd give his review 10⭐'s.
Yesterday, Austin and Brandon installed our new Lennox A/C unit. They did a quality job installing it, were done in less than 3 hours, and were mindful of my wife's things in our home. I would highly recommend Summers to both friends and family. And, by the way, the Lennox unit seems to work just fine although I need to have more experience with it.
