Let's start with the good; customer service is always friendly and every technician we've had, whether it's for plumbing or heating/cooling, has been great. Now the bad; spent close to $20k on a new HVAC system less than 12-months ago and we're now on our 2nd repair/service issue. They can't control issues with the…
Do not use this company. Terrible service from customer service to HVAC installation to repairs. It started by having a new HVAC system installed. My new furnace would not run after being installed. The exhaust was improperly installed. Next, our house would not heat properly. A technician came out and found that…
My air conditioner failed in this heat. I called at 4:30pm hoping they could service and tech called back within 10 minutes on his way. Great response!
Jason was great
Kevin came out at midnight, was very professional, courteous, and efficient. We've used Summers for years and are very satisfied!
No one ever wants to spend this kind of money but it makes it easy when someone is honest and you know they are knowledgeable. Summers explained it in detail, showed me what needed to be done and most importantly the why. Braden did this initial inspection and Kevin made the final repair. My advise is to pay for…
Friendly knowledgeable hard working Kevin saved me quite a bit money, because there wasn't as much wrong as the original diagnosis had thought. And luckily I still had a warranty. Thank you. KEVIN.
Summers has always done a good job and upfront about pricing!
Braden was great, he explained everything thoroughly. He made sure I was aware of what I needed done and kept me in the loop of everything he did. I would recommend him and summers to anyone.
The tech from Summers was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable in assessing and diagnosing the issue with my furnace. I appreciate his education on the different parts of the furnace and that he taught eagerly without me feeling like an inconvenience. My furnace is up and running! The issue with my furnace…
I have been a customer for 10 years and like always very happy with the service. Very courteous and very professional.
Thank you Mike and the entire Summer’s Team for the level of commitment and dedication today, to assure my boiler is functioning properly!
Another routine service today and like always they were excellent! My mother also uses summers now and she is always satisfied as well:) Keep up the excellent work!!!
Summers is an amazing company to deal with!! They were the only ones who helped my father when his air conditioning went out in the middle of a heatwave over a holiday weekend in 2018!! They were very professional and didn’t try to take advantage of him. This kind of service lead me to call them when my own air…
Chris came early as expected. He performed an inspection on our plumbing, and didn’t try to mislead us. Chris gave a very thorough inspection of our bathroom/shower system and told me what we needed to do in the future.
We had our scheduled plumbing inspection with Andy and another guy and they did a great job. They let me know of a couple of down the road type of concerns, and they were very professional and quick.
Josh was the BEST!! Hotest day of 2023 and Air broke down!. Josh came to our rescue! Very thorough and professional. Explained what he was doing in a way I understood. Excellent service!
I keep updating the comment on this review because of Google’s limitations (I think), but as of 2023, they are still the best service company I have ever used in this area. Every single person I’ve meet from Summers is a complete professional, and there has NEVER been a gotcha.
Dave came out and did a thorough check of our a/c unit. Even after it started working he looked it over and made sure everything looked good. Professional and good customer service taking time to explain things.
Dave was fast and thorough at the same time. Diagnosed problems quickly, educated me on what was needed and why. Then went above and beyond to ensure my installation and repairs were able to be performed the next day. Amazing service.
These Men from Summers are the the go to guys, when you're in trouble with heat, plumbing & cooling in your home, these Technicians can build the next Space Shuttle to the Planet Mars, that's how good they are👍 !
Joe did a great job fixing my furnace and explained what he did during his visit. Very honest and professional.
Fantastic company and employee.
Excellent service
Knowledgeable, polite and loves dogs! Great job!!!
Joe from Summers communicated well to let us know when to expect him for our A/C inspection and maintenance. He went over the performance of our system, balanced the refrigerant level, and made recommendations on future maintenance and repair without a pushy sales pitch. Joe was professional and thorough.
From the first call to Summers, to the scheduling, and service, this company is spot on! Super friendly, honest, professional, and is customer focused!! Please reach out to them for any service they offer, as they are Top Tier!
Joe came out on July 4th weekend and did a great job! I may need a new A/C, because of a leak, but he definitely got it working with a new compressor and it’s colder in my home. Pricing is reasonable. I appreciate the quick service especially on a holiday!
Outstanding job! Big thanks!
Dakota was friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the A/C problem quickly and made the proper repair all within minutes. Job well done!
Conner from Summers was very professional and informative during his visit to my home in Indiana. He explained the work he was doing and tests he was running, while having good spirits. He got my AC unit back working and I was happy to have cold air again. Thanks Conner.
Charlie came out in good spirits! He was very informative of the diagnostic. He delivered the less than exciting news with the appropriate level of empathy and compassion. He arrived when the office was closed but he promptly called in the next day to let them know to reach out to schedule my follow up appointment. Summers has very friendly staff.
The technician was an awesome guy . I would and will use these guys again . Top notch

Conner is personable and professional. Very pleased with response time and service.
Prices are high $89 just to show up and another $300 labor for a 45 min job but it was done right and you pay for that you get.
