Fantastic Nick was polite, knowledgeable & patient with us & referring to other sister companies of summers . Thanks for sending him & appreciate Summers
Diagnosed my problem with ease and returned with the repair part and fixed the issue. Thank you!
Excellent service from Randy. Thanks
Work speaks for itself, but what you don't see in the pictures is the great people that did it. I cannot stress enough how great the crew was that came out and did the work!
Today I had a tankless water heater installed by Anthony and Justin not only did they do a wonderful job installing but they also took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Showed me how everything operated and made sure I knew where the shut off valve was located in case I needed to shut it off for any…
Fast friendly and efficient. Cleaned up when finished.
Angelo was wonderful to work with, did an exceptional job!! Would recommend Summers to anyone
Dakota was great and the staff that showed up to help him. We’re also good. Some confusion from customer service about parts on order. Also – my work order said I’m supposed to have an expansion tank installed yet I see none. If they were supposed to install an expansion tank, they forgot.
The install team did a wonderful job! I was not happy with the scheduling. The tech told me they'd be there at 8 am and completed by a certain time. I told him how important this was as I had a hard stop that day. The day of the appointment came and 9 am and they weren't there. I called the office and was told I…
Very professional and knowledgeable. He gave an honest consultation.
Poor, we can’t slide the furnace filter in as easily as the old furnace. I shined a flashlight in the slot and the duct is crooked because they didn’t put screws in at the back of the ductwork. I specifically asked for the hot water heater to be set back a little farther so the door clears my hot water heater. They…
I have been a regular customer and because of that relationship, I expected that when a need arose, I would receive a fair and transparent price. Recently, my tenant’s water heater failed, leaving her without hot water, so I contacted Summers. The technician advised that the unit needed to be replaced and quoted a…
Andy and Ziggy did a great and I am very happy with their service today.
2026 update: I've been having Summers work on projects for me for a few years now, from a dead hot water tank, to a cracked furnace, to a water softener and new, more more reliable sump. All the techs that have come out and I'm sure I don't remember them all - Dan, Brian, Charlie, Mike, Zach (I'm sorry if I forgot…

Water heater install
Always a pleasure working with Summer's. Conner and his partner AJ were very polite and courteous. They answered all my questions. They were able to replace a shutoff valve to my refrigerator and install a new water heater the same day I called, no problem.
We were very happy with the work Brian did installing our new water heater. He came out on a Sunday night when we found our water heater had stopped working, then he returned the next day to install new one so we wouldn't have to go any longer without hot water. Brian was very professional and personable! We do not…
Very impressed with this employee-owned company. As a customer, I feel the passion in the work by the employees. Extremely professional and the quality is extremely high. The annual membership for furnace and AC checkup is a no brainer. Very reasonable price for the quality of service. I highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with Nick's (technician) work. I was not particularly impressed with the estimate that was provided with was 50% less than the actual cost.
