Angelo did a great Job. Great communications, prompt service, professional attitude.
Water heater went out over the weekend. Service dispatched and was troubleshooting the water heater within an hour. Lloyd had diagnosed the problem easily and quickly had a solution in place. Lloyd stayed to make sure the water heater was functioning properly. Also fixed separate plumbing problem just as quickly.
Yeah !!! Anthony !!!! And again... learned so much and really appreciate you guys taking care of things for us. You ARE there best Great job...Angelo. Andrew was able to get our water heater restarted for us after some flooding. We talked about possibilities for replacement since it is something we will need to consider down the line.
Repair was done quickly and both of the plumbers were knowledgeable and willing to describe what was needed and what they did. The appointment was scheduled immediately after parts were received.
Technician for our plumbing inspection was awesome. Very friendly and proposed solutions for our plumbing issues and was a straight shooter about whether they were immediate needs or if they could wait.
Technician Dan did a great job replacing two outside faucets. He has provided service several times at my house and I really enjoy having him come out-I trust him and his work. Keep sending him!🙂

Summers is great. They're always prompt and honest. We never get the impression that they're trying to fast talk us or convince us to spend money on unnecessary things. The office staff is also terrific. They're friendly and don't act like your call is an inconvenience like most companies do nowadays. Highly recommend Summers!
