We had a major cleaning, pressurization and sanitizing of our duct work along with extensive cleaning and repair of our HVAC unit. This was done to address respiratory issues we were encountering. Contacted them three different times through their website to request service. Received an automated email response that they would be contacting me shortly. Never heard from them again after each attempt.
The best! Michael was my tech twice. He’s knowledgeable and experienced! My furnace was leaking, and he immediately diagnosed the issue, provided me a quote, and scheduled me! The issue seems to be resolved! Thank you Michael & team!
Where's a 6th star when you need it? Great job! Super quick fix to a down AC unit as we returned home from being out of town. Rocked it! Above & beyond.
Sun City is now my "go to" company. I am pleased beyond words. Manny found the root cause of my refrigerant leak and will send a quote for repair. No other company ever identified the issue. Thank you Sun City!
After our fall maintenance plan check, our A/C unit needed 2 items repaired/replaced. Manny came out today to fix it. Very professional, on time, and explained everything he did. Everyone from the office has been very helpful and professional too. Great service all around. Keep up the good work!
Our air conditioner went out over Labor Day weekend. Emanuel Delgado came out on a Saturday and identified the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, we had to wait a few days to have repairs done because of the holiday but, Emanuel came the day he said he would, in fact, he came a bit early. He fixed the problem! He…
These folks were responsive, pleasant to deal with and cheaper than the firm that installed my system and who would not honor their warranty.
Jeff, Alex and Marciano were great! They worked in a hot attic all day to get my HVAC system replaced and up and running. I have worked with Sun City for 20 years and expect do work with them another 20!
Jeff and Marciano were on time, kept us updated throughout the process, worked efficiently, and cleaned up well when they were done. Thanks!
I can HIGHLY recommend Sun City for any plumbing or heating needs. My heater went out I called Sun City. Our technician, Fernando Buenrostro, did an absolutely wonderful job repairing our HVAC units. He is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on how to keep our units running year round. He is the best. Your company should be very proud of him and how he represents your organization. Dan Jones and Teresa Griffith
The job foreman, Jeff, was courteous, honest, and worked with us on details. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, and his crew did a thorough and professional job.

I called Sun City to help with a very noisy, (I mean it was literally driving me crazy and you could hear it from the neighbors) 2 yr old master cool that was installed by another company who refused to deal with the problem. Sun City installed a Samsung Mini Split System in my master bedroom. Raul and Jessy answered all my question and made sure I knew how to operate the unit. I have used Sun City several time and highly recommend using them for your plumbing and heating needs.
Abe came right on time, found our problem, contacted our landlord for approval and fixed it in about as fast a time as could possibly be expected. He was super polite and friendly and did a great job.
We had many services completed by Sun City and all our experiences were great.
