Aaron and Ruben were great! Very professional and helpful. Came by to flush the water heater. Good news--wasn't as goo filled as I thought! They had answers to all my current and future water heater questions (gas vs. electric, tank vs. tankless, etc.) Plus, Aaron's got jokes!
I love Sun City. Every time I call, I get a friendly response and a quick one. I also appreciate their expertise in plumbing and HVAC. I have used them for both. This recent visit was supported by Aaron and Ruben. They were also super friendly and knew what they were doing. They had great advice and fixed my problem. Thanks Sun City ☺️

Justin and Ruben came to diagnose why I had no hot water. They were able to fix the hot water tank temporarily. They gave very clear instructions about the temporary repair and the need to further explore replacing my 16 year old hot water tank. They were professional and respectful of my property.

Our water heater went out and I called Sun City. Chris was our service repair technician . He diagnosed the problem as a bad thermocouple. He replaced it and we were back in business. Professional service all around. Any questions and Chris answered them and explaining what he did. Excellent and professional…
Aaron and Noah provided excellent service when they installed new sinks and faucets in our bathroom. They also bleached our water heater for "sulfur" odors.
They purposely don't schedule enough time nor do they finish the job that way you can call them back and they can charge you another 500$ on top of the one they just charged you. They actually break stuff, and want you to pay them to fix it. I refused to pay them until they finished the job, but the price kept going…
My water heater started leaking and I needed someone to fix it on a Sunday. Aaron Ordaz and Ray M. came and told me they would fix it that day. They were very professional and got it installed right away. Thanks to them, I am able to face the work week on Monday without interruptions!
Sun City Plumbing and Heating is who we call, always! Don't waste time and money calling anyone else, even for after hours service.
