12 out of 10 for Superior and Damarco. He not only found the issue, but he walked through the process to actually find the root cause but address it there. One problematic wire repaired and the washer is running smoothly. Damarco and Jesse are polite, extremely personable, and more than willing to put in the effort to do good work.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Damarco and this company!! They came out within 24 hours (on time!!). Sent me confirmation messages so I knew what to expect, quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me try and save money by calling the manufacturer for a warranty part. Damarco took plenty of time to diagnose the problem with my washer. He te-calibrated the machine and then waited again to make sure it was working correctly
