Chris has remodeled both of our bathrooms, and we love them. He is so easy to work with, and does an amazing job.
He also recently updated parts of our kitchen . His work is flawless. Our countertops and backsplash look amazing. New cabinets match our old ones almost exactly. I couldn't be happier with his work.

Chris was awesome. He moved me forward in front of others as I had a very difficult time climbing into a tube-shower. The finished shower was amazing and it was finished in a timely manner!!

I would give a 10+ if it went that high! We went to Chris after an experience with another company that wouldn't answer even basic questions about how they would go about doing the project (backsplash). Chris sat us down and started explaining how he does it, the materials he uses etc. without us even having to ask! My backsplash is exactly the way I designed it. Chris, who did mine, even threw in updated light switches for free to make sure the area was beautiful. He fixed things in the remodel that were not even part of his company's job! He is knowledgeable in so many things and even offered to install something in the basement that our housing insurance required ( and HE got the part for us!). He educated us in cleaning products (who knew you couldn't use Pine- Sol on everything lol), and his network of professionals blows my mind. He knows people that can literally do every job imaginable with the same level of expertise (i.e. front door refinishing, grout re-staining etc.). His work ethic is impeccable and genuinely cares about his customers satisfaction. I will never go to another company without going through Chris first. Ten thumbs up and a shower of gratitude☺️

Chris and Justin with Superior Home Solutions completed a master bath remodel in my home. They did an awesome job! One of the reasons I chose Superior Home Solutions was they had an interior designer on staff that helped with making the choices for the design and materials used. Justin did a great job with the demolition and construction. From the beginning I was given a clear plan for what and when the remodel would take place. I was told upfront what the timeline would be and a detailed cost quote and they kept to that. There was an adjustment to the work but that was communicated before any work was done. I highly recommend Superior Home Solutions and would use them again.

We recently hired Superior Home Solutions to remodel our lower level bathroom and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial consultation, it was clear that Chris and his team have an incredible eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
The project stayed on schedule and exactly on the quoted budget which is rare in renovations. The crew was professional, punctual and made sure to clean up the workspace every single day to minimize the impact on our home. The craftsmanship, especially the tile work, is flawless. Our bathroom has been transformed into a spa-like sanctuary. If you are looking for a reliable, talented and professional contractor, look no further than Chris Rachel and his team at Superior Home Solutions.

The owner doesn't "always" answer and the mailbox is full
Response from the owner · 9 months ago
I apologize for the inconvenience Vincent! I was on the other line when you called and tried calling you back as soon as I got off the other line. Our answering service is new and our phone carrier is currently working on getting our mailboxes activated for us. If you would like I can try calling you again tomorrow.

Shower remodel. Easy to deal with, did great work. In and out very quickly. Always showed up when they said and did what they said. It doesn't get much better. Will use again for future projects.
