Customers frequently highlight the company's punctuality, clear communication, and reasonable pricing for rug cleaning, resizing, and repair services. Many reviewers note the convenience of pickup and delivery options and the effective removal of pet stains or ground-in soil. However, low-star reviews describe instances of perceived rude behavior during interactions and disputes over unexpected additional charges for services that were allegedly declined by the customer.

Shane cut our very expensive area rug down to a custom size that I provided him. He "Bound" the edges perfectly. all turned out great for a reasonable price
I just moved to LA from Scottsdale and had some rugs that were too big for rooms in our new home. I found Superior online and decided to see if they could help me. They did! They did a WONDERFUL job of resizing and binding. And their price was very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Thank you!
Cut out the middle man and go directly to the best. Shane is knowledgeable and tells you everything upfront so no surprises. I took my Aubusson French rug to him. It turned out great.
I’ve had these guys cleaned two of my Restoration Hardware Rugs several times and they always do an amazing job! This last time I had a major coffee stain And they returned the rug looking better than ever! I would highly recommend them. I also have a friendly delivery team
