Aibor Manor did a fabulous repair job. I would trust him to repair any of your appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher- you name it). He is friendly, competent and thorough.
Aiba was very nice and extremely helpful! He was very resourceful and very polite. I would recommend this company!
The repair man was very helpful and very polite. They fixed everything really quickly
Had a Samsung dishwasher with "LC" for leak check. Could not figure it out myself, called Sure Appliance at 3pm on a Saturday of memorial week end, the guy showed up at 5pm, and fixed it! I had the evacuation hose leaking. Very impressed with the prompt and quick service. I would definitely call them again !
They were on time and it was a great experience by Aiba and Sure Appliance.
Excellent communication about appointment time, and issues with my appliances. I appreciate the promptness and quick repair. Very kind too!
I can’t say enough good things about this company. I used theme on different projects and they always on time, spot on diagnostic and come back with the ordered parts in a timely manner. Communication is very important for me and they don’t disappoint, text you before arrival, upon arrival and on departure. Great service! Thank you!
Wonderful service by Aiba Manor, . My Fisher-Paykel dishwasher is expensive ($1800)and complicated. I thought I'd have to replace it. Aiba had to come 3 times but only charged 1 service call and even came on Sunday! Due to expensive parts, the repair was almost $1000.00. My only complaint was that had I known the…
Very professional. Was very detailed about the problem and honest.
We had a professional repair done on our built-in refrigerator in Glencoe. The technician was clearly experienced with high-end appliances, quickly identified the problem, and completed the repair efficiently. The whole process was smooth, clean, and well-communicated, and our refrigerator has been working perfectly since.
I contacted Sure Appliance Repair to check out my dishwasher on Sunday after I found warped wooden floor planks next to it. The technician came a couple of hours later and quickly identified the issue. The issue was caused by a failed water inlet valve. The valve was leaking heavily, which allowed water to collect…
Aiba was ahead of schedule for the job. He was very professional, kind and thorough in his assessment. It was clear his goal was to save me money. After the repairs, he recommended replacement dishwashers should I decide to in a few years. The price was a lot less than I thought. I’m and out in 30 mins.
Great service! Our Sub-Zero refrigerator is working great again. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest — really easy to work with. Highly recommend to my neighbors in Evanston. Would definitely use them again.
Aiba was a gem! Arrived on time, and took about an hour to diagnose my dishwasher issue. He was able to explain exactly what the problem was and multiple solutions. Ultimately the repair and parts would cost more than purchasing new so we’ll purchase new and call again to have this team install!
Very timely and well priced services. Always a great experience!
