Quick and professional! Recommend! Came in to fix the oven, which they did very quick and also installed new lamps in the fridge at no additional cost. Second time using their service, and will likely use them again in the future.

Had a Samsung dishwasher with "LC" for leak check. Could not figure it out myself, called Sure Appliance at 3pm on a Saturday of memorial week end, the guy showed up at 5pm, and fixed it! I had the evacuation hose leaking. Very impressed with the prompt and quick service. I would definitely call them again !

Great experience with Sure Appliance Repair! We’re in the Wilmette area and had several appliances that needed service. They took care of our Sub-Zero built-in refrigerator, Wolf double oven, Viking ice maker, and wine cooler. The technicians were very knowledgeable and clearly know high-end appliances. They fixed everything and also did maintenance since our appliances hadn’t been serviced in a while. Everything is working great now. These guys are definitely our #1 call from now on. Thank you!
