Highly recommended. Super easy to schedule, and great communication. The cleaners did a fantastic job, and they worked fast! What they accomplished in a single morning would have taken me all weekend and probably longer. I have 3 pets, and you wouldn't even know it now. Sparkling clean! Great value!

My cleaning team was prompt, friendly and very thorough working on my apartment prior to move-out. I highly recommend them!
Our cleaning crew, Veronica P & Jose C did fantastic job! Our home as we moved in 3 years ago, my family including myself had several health events, so it has been neglected with so much stains, stuck sinks, bath tubs with stains and hairs, dead ants at the kitchen area, inside the refrigerator stains, etc. They are remarkably detailed oriented, so kind hearted, friendly and just lovely professionals. My family overall satisfied with their job, the result is amazing, we would love these two specific crew continue with my home. The communication was timely appropriate, all of the staff, including John, the owner, they were so kind and informative. Their communication was top notch that resulted in decision-making of mine, I am willing to only save them as my routine home cleaning company. No hidden fees, they notify you once they find something new that may cost a bit more, they tell you the exact price it would add through the text message, before they do anything further. The cost sounded reasonable for me, the time wise, communication, the crew, end result were all beyond excellency.
I am willing to have continuous service with them and will be recommend to our friends and other families whose are looking for cleaning services. Thanks!
I have result photos of their work attached, my cat loves cleaned bathroom and the table (before then it was covered with all cat hairs, dirt, human hairs, etc.). They even cleaned my cat’s litter box, and the surrounded area, also had absorb sheets underneath. What a kind detail. All stairways are sanitized too, my toilet looks all clean and new. They emptied all of our trashcans, thank god. When they were making my mom’s bed, they even placed her stuffed Peter Griffin and a teddy together on top of the sheet, it was so adorable.

They failed to clean the baseboards, vacuum dead bugs or clean my toilet and tub
As a response to their response, no one was ever in my home for 20 hours, maybe 5. If it were 20 hours then someone would be in my home in the middle of the night, which never happened. It was not done same day, and one of the employees spent half the time on her phone. The pictures don’t lie about how bad this clean was.

For others reading, we'd like to offer some context. You reached out needing a same-day move-out clean, which we were glad to accommodate. We sent one of our most experienced crews, who spent over 20 hours on the initial clean. When you raised concerns afterward, we expressed that because of the condition of the home many things fell outside the scope of our clean. However we still returned and re-cleaned the entire home at no charge, another 3 hours of work, and even purchased specialized products to tackle areas like years-old adhesive and hardened caulk. In all, our team devoted more than 23 hours to your home.
Several of the items photographed — peeling paint on the baseboards, mold, and aged glue bonded to the flooring — reflect pre-existing conditions in an older home rather than the result of our cleaning. While cleaning the baseboards, the paint actually began to lift, which our lead showed you at the time. Mold remediation and cleaning the interior jets of a tub fall outside the scope of a residential clean.
After two cleans and a discount, we reached out personally to ask what more we could do, and that offer still stands. We're proud of the effort and care our team brought to this job and we wish you all the best in your new home.
