Sonny and Ryan were extremely helpful, professional, and knew their stuff! We purchased a home with existing solar panels that were not connected, and they made the connection process seamless and quick. Our new (old) home came with a lot of issues, but they made this one an easy fix and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks, guys! 🙂

Review from Google · view on GoogleI had an exceptional experience with Synergy Solar! Our home’s Tesla Charger stopped working all of sudden. I called Synergy Solar as our entire solar system is tied together with the Tesla walls and Charger. Ryan was super throughout the whole experience, especially when Tesla was being difficult with replacement procedures (I was on a call for over two hours with Tesla and Ryan conferenced in on the call to make sure they had all the correct information they needed). I highly recommend Synergy Solar!

Thank you for sharing this. When your Tesla charger stops working without warning, and it’s tied into your solar and Powerwalls, it’s more than an inconvenience. Ryan stayed on that two-hour call with you to make sure the replacement had everything it needed, and that’s the kind of follow-through we want every customer to get. I’ll make sure he sees your kind words. Thank you for trusting Synergy Solar and Roofing and for recommending us. If anything else comes up with your system, call us at (904) 423-7299.

Review from Google · view on GoogleJeferson and his roofing team is top notch and the outcome was amazing their whole team were kind, courteous and they got my roof knocked out as quick as possible and their pricing beat everybody else's and I just want to give a huge thank you to him and his team and the whole team at synergy solar for helping my family. We've been dealing with a leaking roof for 2 and 1/2 years and our insurance company couldn't get it done but their team got it done for us and we are so much happier now. We don't have to worry about the rain and a leaky roof. They pulled off our solar panels and put on our brand new roof in record time I would recommend their team to anyone who needs solar or roofing done in our community or any other their team and their service is top notch. Thank you guys!
Response from the owner · 3 weeks ago
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! Two and a half years of dealing with a leaking roof is exhausting, and we're so glad your family can finally stop worrying every time it rains. I'll make sure Jeferson and the whole crew see this. They take real pride in doing the job right and treating every home like their own. Removing and reinstalling solar during a reroof takes careful coordination, and we're glad it went smoothly for you. If you ever need anything for your roof or solar system, you know where to find us. — Jonathan Lindstam, Synergy Solar & Roofing
