Our family, including our doggie Lehua loves Tails. The staff treats our dog like it’s their own. Tails is accommodating to last-minute requests, if they have the capacity. We have done daycare with them and boarding. Lehua is always so happy and a bit exhausted when we pick her up. The exhaustion is a good thing,…
We have been with them for almost 8 years. They have been a lifesaver. Our dog is not very sociable as he's almost 11 years old! But with time and patience they have mixed him in with other dogs. Still not real sociable but he is mingling with them and that made us EXTREMELY HAPPY. He wants to mingle but not…
Tails of Hawaii always puts us at ease when bringing my pup here for playcare or boarding. I know he is in good hands and has the time of his life during his stays. So many options available to enhance your pups stay and I really love the fun report option. Glad they found a bigger and better location as well!
The appointment process was seamless. They took good care of Mochi during his re acclimatization intake. They also have cameras so that you can check on your pet during their stay. Thank you! Mochi is going to be back.
This is a wonderful place! My big furry pup loves to go there.
Sumo, our 11 month old corgi loves TOH. Initially, he was too excitable to join daycare, but the staff at TOH helped train him to play nicely. Now he goes to daycare at least 2 days a week and even boarded for 1 week, and he loves it! They have webcams to view the daycare and the staff are great. I'm so happy we found this place and highly recommend it.
Tails has been one of the greatest finds for our family! The staff go above and beyond to ensure our dog has a safe, comfortable and fun time while in their care. I recommend Tails to all of my friends on island for playcare, boarding and grooming.
We were very impressed with the care and service tails of hawaii provided Yuki. Thank you!!
I’ve lived on the island for three years and my Italian Greyhound has stayed here several times. This place is amazing! They have a caring staff who love animals, have a great looking facility with plenty of things to do for your fur babies, and offer great services. We always paid for premium bedding (because he…
Great care givers my dog loves it there!
From their prompt responses to the care of my Bella I will not trust any other facility to care for my pet than Tails of Hawaii.
My dog seems so happy when I watch him on the dog cam! I know he’s safe there! Prices are affordable and worth it!
Adobo loves going to Tails for playcare & boarding (although he misses us😩). When he sees the staff, he wiggles his little stub! Everyone knows The Big Guy. When I need to communicate with the staff, I text them and get a prompt reply. Adobo comes home clean after playing all day. I really like that I can check on…
Love the webcams. Helps there were other dogs to keep my dog company.
The staff is communicative while our dogs are there. Live streams are a great way to see your dogs while away.
Tails of Hawaii is a wonderful facility for your dog, whether it's daycare or boarding. I've been taking my dog for both services and he's so well taken care of that I don't worry about him at all. They're friendly, caring, attentive and have great communication with you about everything. The live webcam makes it…
Glad to hear their wait-list cleared so they could get their bath before coming home! And they are so nice and clean and oh so fluffy!
Absolutely phenomenal service. We transported our pets from Kwajalein (Republic of the Marshall Islands) back to the Mainland - Alabama. Tails of Hawai'i personnel were COLOSSALLY helpful and encouraging during this transition.
My dog loves it here, I just had to share the news with my family! Great care and services for me and my pets!
Tails of Hawaii is the best! They always accommodate our crazy schedule, and we love how much they love our Frenchie!
