Customers frequently praise the company for same-day availability, quick response times, and fair pricing during repairs and installations. Positive feedback highlights professional communication, clear explanations of the work, and efficient service for issues like broken springs or openers. However, a subset of reviews reports significant problems with missed appointments, unexpected cost overruns, and unresponsiveness to follow-up requests. I had to keep call them several times.
But Tako guys never disappoint me.
My neighbor referred to me these guy so I had 1st estimate from him.
I should just do with him from the beginning then I could save my time without stress.
Now, I am definitely recommend this guy.
Maybe you can get another quote from the other guy, but that's a waste your time and efforts.
